I have rehabiliated and adopted out 100s of dogs over 20 years volunteering. I have a strong interest in animal behaviorism and house training. Over many years I have developed a pack oriented training and boarding system that helps establish a very stable and productive social environment for dogs. Providing a quiet and comfortable environment that allows me to reprogram feral and abused pups to allow them to be adopted. I have a structured and fun environment with a house customized for "Good Karma" dog living. We have an enclosed yard access by a doggy door. Outside hammocks and lighting. Open area in living room with many beds, toys, and sunny spot.s Yes we have a tennis ball room now. Yes I have toured farms with Temple Grandin herself and she agrees that we both speak to the animals and that makes us human. REQUIREMENTS: Your dog must get along with other dogs with no excessive food or asset guarding. Everything else I can accept. Expect your dog to be living with at least one foster dog and up to 3 rover dogs depending on schedule. I send many updates and have an interest in working on socializing behavior and enrichment during the stay.

Joseph was amazing! Winston can be a little clingy and has some separation anxiety, so leaving him while we’re away can definitely make me a little nervous. Joseph immediately made him feel comfortable and right at home, which gave me so much peace of mind. Winston also had a great time with the other dogs and really seemed to benefit from being part of the pack during his stay. It was clear he felt safe, happy, and well cared for. Joseph is trustworthy, attentive, and clearly a true dog lover. I would absolutely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again!
Joseph was very responsive and sent lots of videos/photos. My dog enjoyed staying with him and I'd definitely bring him back.
Joe was the perfect sitter. I felt so confident leaving my pup with him and he sent great updates throughout the stay. His home was a perfect safe dog haven.
Joseph was absolutely fantastic with our two dogs, who have very different personalities and needs. One of our dogs takes daily medication and gets very anxious during thunderstorms. Joseph was incredibly mindful and proactive, making sure he was comfortable and cared for whenever storms rolled through. Our other dog is a tiny velcro pup who only likes to be close to people she really trusts. She warmed up to Joseph surprisingly quickly even sleeping in his bed, which says everything about how safe and comfortable she felt with him! Joseph kept us updated every day with messages and photos, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were happy, loved, and in such capable hands while we were away. We came home to two happy, well cared for pups, and we couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend Joseph and would absolutely trust him to watch our dogs again!
Our dogs had a great time at their first overnight with Joseph. We have one pup who takes awhile to warm up to new people and situations, and Joseph recognized that and gave him the time and space he needed to get comfortable. Joseph provided lots of updates so we know our dogs were getting great care! Will definitely book again!
