About: I'm a life-long pet owner and a passionate animal lover. Since I was a kid I've walked dogs and petsat for friends and family, as well as currently being a cat owner. I would love to spent time with your furry friend(s), ensuring they're happy and healthy! During the year I'm a full-time college student, but I have plenty of time this summer to care for your pets, including overnight stays if required. I will treat your home with respect. I am very good at following instructions, so any and all rules you set out will be followed to a T.

“Olivia is dependable, considerate and trust worthy…an animal lover who stayed in our home caring for our two dogs (and several plants). She stayed over a weekend and upon our return, we couldn’t even tell anyone was there, including the dogs. If you are looking for a responsible, personable and professional home and pet sitter, it will be difficult to find anyone as responsible and caring as her.”

“5 stars across the board.... We felt so comfortable with Carolyn house sitting and dog sitting... She sent so many photos and our dog looked so happy... Amazing communication and super caring!!! Carolyn will be our "go-to" hopefully long term”

About: I've been surrounded by dogs my entire life. I know what they need, when they need it, and I can definitely provide it. Long walks are definitely not a problem, and I love playing with dogs. I'm out of school for the summer, so I'm free every single day of the week until late August. I typically don't have too many plans, and my schedule is extremely flexible. I promise to keep all pets safe, happy, and comfortable. I want to create a safe environment for new pets, as well as a great friendship between the pet and their owner alike.

About: I've had cats at home for my entire life while also getting very familiar with the neighborhood dogs! I've been taking care of my direct neighbors dog for the past 3 summers while she has been working, taking her out 2-3 times a day. I've worked with dog/house sitting for almost 7 years now and adore being able to ease worries while family is away. I am a college student home for the summer trying to pick up some extra work while back at home. My availability is very open and with notice I should be able to help! I am familiar in dealing with reactive dogs, in the house and on walks. I am comfortable walking almost any dog on leash, I don't mind being pulled a bit haha! I have no fear of barking or generally loud dogs either. As far as cats go I love to cuddle up on the couch or simply let them do their own thing, as cats usually do!

“This was our first time using Rover. We had a vacation already booked when we got our new puppy so when it came time to find someone to watch him we went into panic mode. Loui is only 4months and is still training so we didn't want to get him out of his daily routine. So we needed to find someone to stay at our place who could give him all the attention he needed. After asking friends and family with no luck we found Barbara on here and are so thankful we did! She was great. She works from home so was able to stay at our place and be with him all day and night, which totally gave us peace of mind. She kept us posted daily on what Loui was up to and sent us lots of pictures. We will definitely be using Barbara again and we highly recommend her. :)”

About: I am a mom of two boys, 10 and 13, who has owned dogs throughout my life, and am looking to provide the same love and care that I expected from dog sitters/walkers that I hired for my own pups. Very clean, smoke free home, with front and backyards, located near parks and trails, that does not currently have any animals living with me, which will alleviate any issues with your pup potentially not being thrilled with who they are staying with 😉 My boys live with me half of the time, and the other half, live with their dad and Husky, and have been surrounded by dogs their entire life. They are completely respectful, animal lovers, who also fully understand the importance of another family’s pet being taken care of. My last three dogs were an Akita/Shepard mix, a Husky, and a mini Aussie Doodle, so I have lots of experience with very high energy dogs, who need tons of exercise, as well as those who are content with just hanging out, aside from their regular walks around the neighborhood. I have experience as a professional dog walker, where I met and cared for dogs with all sorts of personalities and needs, while developing relationships with their owners/families. As a dog owner for many years, I know exactly what the feeling is of entrusting your beloved pet with someone, whether boarding, or walking them. I do not have small children, pets, or work from home currently, and am able to give my undivided attention to these furry members of your family. I understand the nerve wracking decision of choosing the right person to take care of your best friends, and can assure, beyond measure, that they will be in the safest of hands! 🐶🐾❤️ I have an extremely flexible work schedule, and will arrange it around pets staying with me. If I have a dog staying with me, they will have my undivided attention. I am free to walk dogs any time, including nights and weekends. I care for pets as though they are my own, as far as safety, and will follow any schedule given to me by their owners. I’m incredibly detail oriented, and a super safe dog walker, familiar with all leashes, harnesses, collars, etc. Dogs are allowed on the couches, unless otherwise instructed by their owners. My goal is to make your pets feel as at home as possible during their stay, and keep them 100% safe and happy during walks/home visits.

“Heather house sat for us for 4 days and did a fantastic job. Our 2 German Shepherds were well cared for and she somehow managed to find all of our favorite local trails without any hints from me. She seemed to have a good read on my dogs! Our house was well cared for during her stay. She even took out the trash/recycling bins to the street before I thought to ask her. I would certainly recommend her to any future clients.”

About: I have loved and cared for many types of animals for most of my life. I grew up with a Boxer, a bunny, 2 cats, and a parrot. My family always adopted fur friends that needed our love. Later, I would gravitate towards professions that were heavily animal centered, from equine handling and care, general farm animal care, and even exotic animals such as reptiles (lizards, snakes, tortoises, etc) and birds. My last long term work was an animal handler in a learning environment where I could educate kids in an up close setting where they could interact with animals and learn how important they are to us all. I know CPR for both Large and Small breeds and am knowledgeable in administering medications. I look forward to meeting your cat or dog, and will give them all the love and care they would get from you. Please, feel free to reach out with any questions, I'd be happy to help. I am currently taking time off of work and would love to fill my days spending time with your fur baby. I love taking walks and playing fetch, or just a leasuirly stroll to sniff around the neighborhood, whichever your pet prefers. I live in a quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic. There aren't fences, so dogs will be kept on leash while outside. There is plenty of space for long calm walks and large grassy areas for a good leg stretch. There are also dog parks around my area we can drive to for some off-leash fun, or, some quiet trails to enjoy. If you have certain preferences or routines for your pet that you would like me to follow I am all the more happy. While staying in your home I am capable of following whatever routines you have set for potty breaks, meals, brushing, etc. And please feel free to ask me anything.

About: I have owned pets since I was 3 years old. I grew up with multiple large and small dogs in the house, as well as cats, chickens, rats, and parakeets. I also have extensive experience caring for horses, ponies, donkeys, mules, goats, sheep, and more and have been around farm animals since I was 8 years old. Throughout my life, I have been responsible for walking, feeding, bathing, brushing, training, etc the animals in my home. I also have experience working with sick/injured animals and animals that require special attention, treatment, medications, etc. Growing up with animals means that I am comfortable with animals in all stages of life, from puppy to senior. I adore animals, and always have, and I am looking forward to bringing my skills, passion, and enthusiasm to your family! I am currently a college student and so, at this time, I am only available for pet care during vacations (late December - January, late May - August). I work part-time during vacations but I have a flexible work schedule and have availability most days of the week! I am comfortable walking, feeding, watering, letting out to potty, cleaning litter boxes or pee pads, crating animals, brushing, and, of course, giving plenty of cuddles and affection! I am flexible and am willing to accommodate most pet care needs!

About: I have taken care of and walked many dogs and I am very responsible. I look forward to giving the best care to the dogs that I sit for. I would take care of the pet and be responsible for if and I would also feed it and play it and take it on walks I will have the dog on a leash and walk it and take it to parks. I will also play with the dog and get it’s energy out.

“Riley is an amazing carer for all pets and animals. She's taken amazing care of my cat, Fenny, and has owned multiple pets over the years whom all have clearly loved and enjoyed her presence. She's very loving and kind, she's got great experience with pet care, and I couldn't recommend anyone better than her for this.”

Grace E.
“I have known Grace since she was 14 years old and she's always been extremely responsible. When I adopted my dog Summer 3 1/2 years ago, she and Grace quickly bonded, and it's no wonder - Grace adores animals and is just a lovely human in general. Over the past 2 years she has cared for Summer during stretches of time when she was home from college and I was in need of a better situation for Summer while I was teaching further from home. Grace is fantastic with Summer - she would not only take her for potty breaks but also give her sniff time and walks depending on weather and my pup's needs. When Grace cares for her, I know she will be safe, tired and happy! They adore each other and I know that with Grace, Summer's well-being and safety is paramount. She takes care of my girl as if she were her own dog, and that is worth ten times what I pay her! Do not hesitate to hire Grace to care for your pets - you'll be grateful you found this gem of person and pet-lover! ~ Chris D.”
