About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life and have over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for pups of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities! Since joining Rover, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for so many wonderful dogs, including several I’ve been lucky enough to care for consistently over the past five years. Building lasting relationships with these pups and their families has been one of the most rewarding parts of being a sitter! My experience ranges from energetic puppies to sweet seniors requiring extra patience and specialized care. I’m comfortable with walking, feeding, bathing, administering supplements/medications, preparing specialized meals, and accommodating unique dietary needs and routines. One of my most meaningful experiences was caring for my own dog, Murphy, throughout his battle with cancer. His care involved preparing specialized meals, administering daily supplements, and bringing him to regular vet appointments and to his holistic vet for his acupuncture! That experience gave me an even deeper appreciation for the patience, compassion, and individualized attention our furry family members deserve. I truly believe dogs are family, and I treat every pup in my care as if they were my own. Whether we’re enjoying walks, spending time outdoors, or simply relaxing with plenty of cuddles, my priority is making sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, happy, and loved. Although I don’t currently have a dog of my own, Rover has allowed me to continue doing something I absolutely love. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pup is in caring, experienced, and dependable hands! ❤️🐾 I currently work from home so I can be extremely flexible with my schedule! I'm also available on weekends, overnights, and longer overnight stays if needed! When caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s, I prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. I create a warm, welcoming environment and follow each pet’s routine closely to minimize any stress. This includes feeding them on schedule, ensuring they get plenty of exercise, and giving them lots of love and attention! I make sure their space is clean and cozy, and I keep their toys and bedding fresh. For walks or playtime, I ensure they’re getting the right amount of activity based on their needs, whether that’s a long hike, a fun fetch session, or some relaxing cuddle time. I also monitor their health, providing any special care like administering medications, supplements, or preparing special meals if needed. It’s all about making them feel safe, happy, and loved!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. Currently have a dog and a cat! Meredith the cat and September the dog! I also have 7 year old twins that love to play and help with their pets, and love meeting new animals. I’m a stay at home mom, so I have time during the weekdays while kids are at school, to do drop ins or walks. I also have a friendly pup that has a lot of energy and enjoys playing with other dogs, if I’m doing dog sitting. My dog gets one long walk per day and we have a backyard perfect for catch and running. Sometimes we go to the dog park too!

“Shelby is great and I feel Tory is taken care of when she is there. She is a plus for us when we go to Amesbury to visit daughters & grandkids as they live a mile from Shelby and if we go out where dogs aren’t allowed Rory doesn’t have to stay alone bc Shelby is so close.”

About: I grew up around dogs my whole life so I’m used to being around them. I also have had one other dog before and now have a mini dachshund. I’m very comfortable with taking care of dogs and having them in my space. I work a full time job at home, but I’m in control of my own schedule and am very flexible. I’m also available weekends and in the summer, I’m even more flexible. I take my dog out 2-3x a day depending on weather. We go on walk across the street at the park for about 15-20 min and when we are back inside, he is allowed to roam freely. He eats 2x a day with snacks in between and he always has water out. I play with him as much as I can throughout the day to make sure he doesn’t get too bored with his day too! My apartment is always clean to ensure that my pup doesn’t get into anything he isn’t supposed to. Lastly, my apartment building is secure as you need a key fob or someone to buzz you in to enter the building.

About: In addition to my own 2 dogs and all of the family and farm dogs I grew up with, I have fostered rescues at various times over the years. I have a fenced backyard and my boys (both neutered) are calm and friendly fellows. I'm a mindfulness coach that works from my home. Most days I can be found meditating, reading, or hanging with my two boys Farley (old man) and Fawkes (young man). Lots of snoring dogs here with the occasional community bark at around dinner time. I have a fenced in yard where they pups are free to roam, an enormous dog bed, and a free range policy within the house. I can, of course, follow any crating practices that you use at home during your friend's stay.
