“Donna and Roland couldn’t have been nicer to our dog. They were very warm and attentive to him and treated him as if he were their own. When he arrived for his stay with them he was on an antibiotic for a gingival problem and they were very responsible regarding his meds. We could not have asked for better care. “This was our first time boarding our new puppy (13 weeks old) and we were nervous but Mercis was so wonderful and met with us and our pup ahead of time so we felt very comfortable before we left our littlest family member for the long weekend. During the stay we can tell our pup had the BEST time, thanks to the great daily pics and communication from Mercis. We were almost worried she wouldn’t want to come home, she loved Mercis’ place so much. 😅 Puppies this young are A LOT of work and Mercis loved and cared for our little girl like she was her own all weekend and even worked on some of her training while we were away. We will definitely be contacting Mercis in the future when we need someone to board Bloo! 🥰”
