He is phenomenal; our nervous pups took to him immediately and I got pics of relaxed, cuddling dogs - and our GSD is not typically a cuddler so this was even more remarkable. She stepped in at the last minute after other plans feel through and dealt with our older dog's medical issues smoothly. Maybe the most impressive thing about Suzanne's work is that both of our dogs were really calm when we returned - happy to see us, but not overly crazed like they often can be.”
