“We normally have an in-home sitter for our boy, and she was not available during Chridtmas this year. So we had to come up with a plan B. When we first found Care and Rich on Rover, the reviews were good, and decided to give it a shot. From the first visit to get to know them l, our pup was very comfortable in their home and with them around. He has a very good instinct on people’s character ( shepherd) so the first impression spoke volume to us. He almost fell asleep on their kitchen floor!! :) We were gone for 4 days. A long time without our boy. But Both Cate and Rich turned out to be wonderful and they certainly cared for our fur baby like he was their own. We received updates from Cate for the entire duration, with pictures and pieces of information regarding pup’s day and his adjustments while away from home. Priceless and again very reassuring that everything is going great. Our pup is on allergy medication, and Cate was not only willing to keep the medication going, but made it just as routine as possible. We can spend the day here just telling you how wonderful this stay was for our boy, and how kind and loving the entire family was with him. But bottom line is: they are our go to sitter now. Love them, live the entire experience and will certainly book at their ‘pup hotel’ for every trip coming up. If available, that is... Thank you guys for sheeting your heart ad home with our pup!
