“Penny had such a good time with Elliot and Dominique! We were and they were perfect for Penny. We were a bit apprehensive, since this was the first time we had left our 8-month-old puppy at someone else's house, but we were impressed with their set-up when they invited us to check them out, and they were perfect for Penny! We got an update and pictures on Rover every day (they even realized that she'd never seen snow before and sent a photo of her the day Rochester got its first snow of the year). All-in-all a great experience and we have already booked another stay!”

Kaitlyn did fabulous with my furbaby, making sure I got updates of her settling in, and pictures of how well she was doing while apart. Kaitlyn is very accommodating, especially short notice, and did amazing with my playful puppy. We will definitely be coming again whenever pooka needs a home away from home”

We were looking for a sitter for my puppy for a weekend while we went out of town, and a friend recommended this app. When I came across Jillian’s profile I knew she was the one we were going to go with. My dog is usually very “barky” towards people he doesn’t know, and he didn’t even make a peep upon his first time meeting Jillian, so that right there will tell you that he got a good vibe from her right away. She’s very good with communicating, sending updates, as well as pictures, and making sure you’re comfortable so you’ll know your dog is ok. 1000% will recommend!”

“Archana was so caring and kind to my Bentley that he didn’t miss me for the days that Archana took care of him. The fact that he didn’t want to get into my car said it all!!! He came home and after the initial happiness of seeing me he looked sad and missed her and Kira!!! That is the highest form of approval and appreciation I can give. She even let Bentley sleep with her in her bed just like home!!! Thanks Archana for taking such good care of my Bentley!! “Rachel was awesome! She came to our house to meet the dogs, asked questions to get to know them and explained the different options for boarding (first time ever for us). We ultimately made the decision to send the dogs to her house instead of having her do drop in visits, and we are so glad we did! “This is my 2nd time using Catherine and her family and again they were simply amazing! I went away for 11 nights with my whole family and as many of you whom have traveled with family, plans tend to change frequently. Catherine and her family were always very accommodating no matter how many times I needed to add days or extend pickup times. I got frequent pictures and videos of Maggie throughout her visit. She got plenty of time outside to play and was taken on multiple walks at the park. I can not thank them enough for taking care of Maggie and taking away the stress of worrying about your pet. I will most definitely continue to use Catherine and her Family and could not recommend a better family to take care of your beloved pet while you are away. “We had a great experience leaving our dogs with Susan. She was very flexible with pick up and drop off times and our dogs seemed to warm up to her right away! She was also great about giving Piper her medicine twice a day. She sent us lots of updates and pictures, which was nice. Based on the pictures and how tired the dogs were when we picked them up, we could tell that Susan and her family gave them lots of attention and exercise! I would definitely book with Susan again.”
