Had them since child, first one was Shepard mix, couple of pitbull terriers, my new buddy is a 2 yr old doberman named todoroki, we go on long walks all the time I currently work on the door dash app so my schedule is free during the day from about 7 am to about 4pm I usually deliver at night Lots of walks, I can take your puppy on the walk he desperately needs while your working never worry if your baby had an accident again

About: Hi, I’m Marika! I’m a teacher, artist, mom, and lifelong animal lover. I’ve been caring for animals my entire life. I grew up with dogs and learned from an early age the importance of daily walks, playtime, companionship, and responsible pet care. As an adult, I’ve shared my home with cats and currently care for multiple cats of my own. I offer cat sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking with a focus on kindness, reliability, and individualized care. Living with both dogs and cats has taught me that every pet is unique. I enjoy getting to know each animal’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their family is away. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your furry family members! My flexible schedule allows me to provide dependable dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the week.I understand how important routines are for pets and strive to keep them comfortable, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away. I do not offer pet care in my home. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely and make sure pets have fresh water, meals, exercise, playtime, and plenty of attention. I treat every pet and home with care, respect, and reliability.

About: I’ve had a dog my entire life, so caring for dogs comes naturally to me. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, though I’ve primarily grown up with small and medium breeds. I can handle daily routines, walks, playtime, and different personalities with patience and care. I’m open to caring for larger dogs as long as they are well-behaved and non-aggressive :). About: A recent graduate of the Eastman School of Music, I'm currently playing with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra as a flutist! I've been missing my spunky dog Kora who lives back home and have always grown up with dogs, which is why I've been a sitter for Rover since I moved here in 2021. I love going for walks/runs, just hanging out, or lying next to my fireplace at home-- hopefully your dog loves some of these too! I've been taking care of dogs in total for around 15 years now, so I'm used to taking them out fairly frequently, getting up early for a morning walk, and bathing them. I am more than happy to take your dogs on a walk or watch them in my apartment, and make sure they're well-fed, have time to play, and are happy while you can go about your day :) I've raised my dog Kora from puppyhood and am very familiar with the training required for puppies. I have also fostered a handful of dogs (small dogs and one large dog) over the last few years and have experienced shy dogs who take some time to come out of their shells :) As a musician, I have a few hours here and there scattered throughout my day that I can walk or stop by/watch your pup. I'm a very active person and love being outside! I am more than happy to be outside/in your home with them as well! I unfortunately cannot house your furry friends because of my housing situation.

I grew up with a dog for eight years, and as an adult I’ve continued to care for dogs through family, friends, and Rover. My Experience: - Raised and trained my own German Shepherd from puppyhood with both personal training and help from a professional - Cared for my sister’s two dogs - Boarded multiple dogs in my home through Rover - House‑sat for families and watched their dogs - Provided post‑surgery care, including after her spay - Comfortable giving pills or medications - Confident walking large or strong dogs What I Offer: I love getting outside, playing, going for walks, and making sure each dog feels happy, safe, and cared for. Whether your dog needs exercise, structure, or just some extra affection, I’m here to help. I am currently in between jobs, so I have plenty of time to care for your dog! I go to the gym in the mornings and early evenings. My days are pretty wide open and flexible. I would love to be able to take your dog outside and go for walks. I want them to feel safe and comfortable around me. If I am sitting at your home, then I want to make sure they are in their normal routine and doing the things they enjoy and need on a daily basis.
