“I was nervous about finding a sitter for my two bunnies, as not many people have experience with them. Lavinia asked questions and welcomed my extensive 2-page care instructions. While I was away, Lavinia kept me updated on how much the bunnies ate/drank, built bonds with both of them, sent me plenty of pictures, and didn’t hesitate to do weird things like tell me what the bunnies’ poops looked like 😂 Both my bunnies were happy when I returned, and the room was even tidied up for me. I’m so grateful!”

About: We both have had dogs growing up along with always pet sitting on the side! We are two very active individuals who walk at least once everyday! If your dog wants a little extra exercise we can run with them as well!! Even though we live a busy life, we always find time to walk daily! Throughout the visits, MacKenzie gave me numerous photos and videos as well as updates from all her visits. Ive lived with, trained, and taken care of dogs from age 15. Professionally, I am currently a counselor at Camp Bow Wow! I’ve been working there for over a year now, learning and applying a wide range of skills. In this role I’ve learned some key skills on how to ensure companions are safe and happy: 1. Body language: I observe everything from your dog’s head to tail to minimize reactivity due to human- animal misunderstandings 2. Health indicators: although I’m not a vet, I was trained to recognize irregular symptoms a dog may be displaying such as stool texture and consistency, body temperature, excessive panting and drooling, gum color, etc. Anything your dog may be struggling with from itchy skin to something greater, I’ll notify you right away! 3. Communication: parents love hearing about their babies and seeing them happy and comfortable! By regular communication, this allows me to get clear instructions to follow, assess any changes needed in care or routine, and stay up to date in case of any rapid changes or emergencies. In addition, what sets me apart is my artistic attention to detail, which allows me to adapt to your dogs needs in a creative way. I like to challenge myself by finding ways to stimulate and enrich your dog while you are away! I’m very relaxed, quiet, and easygoing, but also spontaneous and go-with-the-flow should your dog get the zoomies! I’ll get mine out with him :) Lastly, I respect peoples spaces/ privacy and always clean up behind myself after using something in your space. I'd love to give your dog my unconditional love and undivided attention. Your baby is not just a pet, they are our best friends who depend on us. So Relax while you’re away, and leave the fun stuff to me! Looking for regular/ recurring clients :) I currently work part time on weekdays, twice a day for up to 7 hours.
