“Kiley was very kind and communicative. She gave clear instructions on how to get to her and provided updates through out the day with pictures. Teddy was so happy with Kiley. He also really seemed to love her sweet puppy Skylar. I will absolutely book again for long days.”

“Brent was very responsive to our request for doggy daycare while we enjoyed a day at the beach with friends. He took great care of our pups and they were nice and just as worn out as we were!”

About: I’ve had pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, pigs) for as long as I can remember! I’ve cared for pets for nearly 15 years and I have two babies of my own. My precious lab, Toast, and my sweet kitty, Catianna haha. I don’t have formal care experience but I have first hand experience and lots of love. I work nearly full time but I have a very flexible schedule. I accept last-minute requests and I am always willing to help out whenever needed. I live in a very dog friendly community with both dog runs and dog parks, as well as local doggy meet up and walking trails and ample sidewalk space. I always follow the rules and make sure to keep a close eye on all the babies.
About: I We recently welcomed a new family member — a 4.5-month-old dachshund puppy (a boy), full of character and curiosity. I have experience raising a German Shepherd with a strong focus on education and obedience, as well as raising two wonderful dachshunds. I’m well aware of how clever dogs can be when it comes to begging or manipulating — and I never give in. I truly love animals and enjoy spending time with them. I’m happy to walk your dog around my pet-friendly apartment complex or take them on a short trip to the beach, just 5 minutes away. Your pet will be safe, well-cared for, and loved Hello everyone,✌️ My name is Alex, and I'm 36 years old. I work online, so I spend 90% of my time at home. I love waking up early for a jog or a morning walk. Growing up, I was always surrounded by dogs. My family always had dogs and cats, so my love for animals dates back to my childhood. Sadly, a year ago, my beloved German Shepherd, who had been with me for 13 years, passed away. Currently, I'm not ready to welcome a new friend and family member, but I miss the emotions that dogs provide. That's why I registered in this app. My goal wasn't to earn money, but to interact with dogs and meet new people. If your dogs love walks, I'd be more than happy to join them or even take them to the beach. I'm married, and my wife loves dogs just as much as I do. She works as a hairdresser. She's not too keen on morning walks, so I'm in need of a walking partner. 🤣 Dog Care - Everything needed will be done. Washing paws after a walk or a full bath after the beach is no problem. Feeding will be on schedule as you instruct. Any requests and recommendations will be followed.
About: We’re Christian and Valentina, a dedicated duo who adore dogs! Christian has been around dogs since he was 2, and together we cared for our beloved 120-pound companion, Kongo, who sadly is no longer with us. Valentina grew up on a farm in Colombia, surrounded by animals, and has extensive experience with training and basic obedience for all dogs, big or small. With Valentina’s flexible work-from-home schedule, your pet will get full attention, care, and exercise. We’ll care for them like family and follow any special instructions you provide! Pet care fits very naturally into our daily routine. Valentina works from home with a flexible schedule, which allows for constant attention, while Christian is actively involved before and after work and throughout the week. Walks, playtime, feeding, training reinforcement, and check-ins are part of our everyday flow, not something we squeeze in. We plan our days around the pets in our care to make sure they get plenty of exercise, structure, and affection. In our home, we care for pets as if they were our own. We follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. With Valentina working from home and Christian actively involved, pets receive constant supervision, plenty of exercise, and lots of affection throughout the day. We prioritize safety, positive reinforcement, and calm, consistent handling so every pet feels comfortable, secure, and loved!
About: What sets me apart is the way I connect with pets on an individual level. I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior companions who need extra patience and attention. I pay close attention to each animal’s cues—whether it’s time to play, rest, or just need comfort—and adapt my care to their needs. I have experience with overnight stays, administering medications, and helping newly adopted pets feel safe in new environments. Reliability, presence, and genuine love for animals guide everything I do, so your pets are always treated with the same care and respect I’d give my own. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine—I truly enjoy it. I make time each day for walks, feedings, play, and companionship, and I’m flexible enough to adapt to each client’s schedule. Whether it’s a morning drop-in, midday walk, or an overnight stay, I’m consistent and reliable. Caring for animals isn’t just something I “fit in,” it’s something I prioritize and love to do, so it blends seamlessly into my week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully while also bringing my own attentiveness and presence. I make sure pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment by keeping routines consistent—feeding on time, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes or outdoor spaces, and providing plenty of playtime or walks. I adjust to each animal’s personality: giving energetic pets exercise and stimulation, while offering calm companionship to seniors or shy pets. Safety is always my top priority, so I keep a close eye on doors, leashes, and medications. Most importantly, I stay present with them—no rushing, no distractions—so they feel cared for and loved until you return.
“Teri did a wonderful job looking after Jellybean and sending me updates throughout the day. She was well prepared and asked all the right questions. I had no doubt he would be in good hands, I highly recommend her services!”

We also offer drop-in walks at your residence for added flexibility and convenience.
About: Hi, I’m Jasmine, owner of Proud Canine Dog Training and a lifelong dog enthusiast with years of experience in obedience, behavior modification, and service dog training. I provide structured boarding and daycare in my home, where dogs are given clear boundaries, enrichment, and an active lifestyle. I share my space with Dallas, my well-trained and highly social “neutral helper dog,” who helps model calm, balanced behavior. With a half-acre private yard, dogs enjoy safe play, structured socialization, and activities like controlled fetch, frisbee, and problem-solving games—all in a calm, well-managed environment with up to four dogs at a time. I take a training-first approach to care, which means I do not allow on-leash greetings or offer meet-and-greets, as these settings don’t reflect how dogs naturally interact and often create unnecessary tension or misleading behavior. Dogs are different off-leash and in a structured environment, and my priority is maintaining safety, clarity, and a balanced experience for every dog in my care. Whether your dog is here for boarding, daycare, or socialization, they’ll be treated like family while benefiting from structure, leadership, and thoughtful management. I work only 24 hours a week, and am completely off Sunday through Tuesday! My shifts are short because I believe my dogs needs come first. When I am gone, my dog is getting his best sleep, no anxiety, no restlessness, no excitement. I do not believe in leaving a dog, for a period of time, without COMPLETELY meeting their needs. Dallas gets 1 hour exercise before I leave, and he’s usually dozing off as I get ready. Your dog would get the same. I can also crate train dogs, or separate them, if that makes you more comfortable, while I am gone. I nannied children for 15 years, and I know cpr and Heimlich for dogs. I believe all of that makes me SUPER ATTENTIVE. When dogs are in my care I’m focused on body language, ears, eyes, eyebrows, tail, gait, body temperature, anything out of the ordinary. I am calm, peaceful, strict and always in the moment. I can correct, then reward and play immediately after. Nothing scares me and I am able to show up for the dogs as a strong, but cheerful leader!
“Liz was an amazing sitter! This was Breezy’s first time with her. She did great. She took her on lore walks than i do. Played with her. And sent me pics and kept me informed. I will definitely use Elizabeth again!”

“Christina took AMAZING care of my dog on Easter Sunday! He seemed very comfortable and right at home! She gave frequent updates and provided the cutest pictures of Jax :) Will definitely use her in the future! Thanks Christina”

“Rachel is just the 2nd pet sitter my 2 year old Chihuahua has had. Dante is very much a Momma's boy so I was very worried how he would do. I'm here for a 90 day TDY assignment and didn't want to leave him in Texas. The first day he was mad at me for leaving him with a stranger but by the 3rd day, he was adjusting and the 4th day he made a huge improvement. I'm thankful for Rachel's patience and the follow up. I plan to continue with Rachel 4 days a week thru June. I would definitely recommend her!”

About: I have taken care of the animals in my family and also raised and trained my Australian shepherd. He is one super smart and active pup who is always communicating with me. I do my best to pick up on signals/actions he does to let me know his needs. I always keep in mind that dogs can't talk to tell us if something is wrong or if they need something so staying curious and mindful is important to me, especially when getting to know new doggies. I offer basic to advanced training as well, just message me what you need and I’ll let you know what I can do to help!:) I like to take doggies to the beach or dog parks so they can run and play outside. My aussie requires at least 1 hour of run time a day so thats implemented into my normal routine. I can tailor your dogs excersise needs as needed. I have lots of toys and mind puzzles for them to work on and play with at my home too :) I am currently only working on rover and going to school online so I have alot of time and flexibility to be with animals and meet their needs. I treat all other animals and belongings with care, respect, and mindfulness just as I would with my own. I stay curious and attentive and give so much love and cuddles to my furry friends.
Gandy dog parents share their Rover experiences
Kylie is amazing. This was Moon‘s first time at a sitter and going upstairs. She even helped me carry my big 70 pound scary baby up the stairs lol. All the dogs, especially hers were so nice and welcoming to him he fit right in. I even received picture updates of him! When we got home, he slept the whole night. I highly recommend her, and moon will definitely be back.

Kiwi came back home so happy and relaxed! I’m always a bit nervous leaving my puppy, but Brooke was absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive, and clearly great with dogs. I felt totally at ease and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for loving care for their pup. Thank you so much! 🐾😊
