Hi! I’m a huge dog lover who understands how hard it can feel to leave your pet with someone new. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I have a flexible work from home job, which allows me to be available throughout the day for plenty of attention, supervision, and care. I also have a large fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely play and get their energy out. I’m comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, and I’m happy to adapt to their routines, whether that’s walks, playtime, structure, or cuddles. My furbaby, Mia, stayed w Kathleen for the first time this past week. Kathleen was super communicative from the point of booking and throughout Mias stay. She took so many pictures and provided daily updates. Their home is extremely dog friendly and she would take Mia on daily walks as well. My baby was well taken care of and we will definitely be repeat customers - highly recommend!

I had a last minute request (day before) for someone to watch my dog for a day because he recently injured his pads on all 4 feet and I needed to go to work but was not comfortable leaving him alone. At the time when Kathleen watched him, he was in a cone and on medication. When we talked beforehand, Kathleen was very kind and thoughtful, asking great questions and anticipating potential needs to make sure he would be safe and comfy in her care. While watching him, he ended up feeling a bit better than he had been in previous days and not as groggy from his medications, so was not as calm as I thought he would be for her, but she still did a great job of making sure he stayed safe and did not re-injure his feet. She provided updates at reasonable intervals without me having to ask and was very kind the entire time, even with me not knowing exactly what time I would be able to pick him up. Thanks so much to Kathleen, I would definitely trust her to watch my boy again.
Kathleen was incredibly caring during my dog’s stay. She was highly responsive, provided consistent photo updates, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She was both professional and friendly, and my dog definitely has a new best friend after all of the walks she got. I travel quite a bit and Kathleen will now be my go to sitter. Highly recommended!!

Schedule
Working from home allows me to be available throughout the day for potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I’m available during both weekdays and weekends and can easily adapt to your dog’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable, happy, and at home.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a large, fully fenced-in backyard for safe outdoor play, and a large park just a short walk from my home for extra walks and exercise. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities and have experience with a wide variety of dogs. I’m happy to follow detailed feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and any special instructions.
A typical day
I love to keep dogs active and engaged with regular walks around the neighborhood and nearby park, and I’m happy to adjust activity based on each dog’s energy and personality. For more active dogs, I can play fetch in the backyard or take them on runs with me if they enjoy that. I’m always happy to follow any specific routines or favorite spots/parks that your dog prefers to go to.
