About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. Growing up in Serbia, I was always the person my friends and family could rely on when their pets needed someone to look after them. Whether it was walks, feeding, playtime, or simply keeping them company, taking care of dogs has always come naturally to me. I recently graduated from UC Berkeley and now work in soccer coaching here in the Bay Area. My schedule gives me plenty of free time during the day, and there was one thing I realized I was really missing — my dog back home in Serbia! 🐶 Since having my own dog here isn’t quite possible for me right now, I thought: what better way to combine my free time with something I genuinely love than helping take care of other people’s dogs? I’m active, responsible, patient, and very comfortable around dogs with different personalities and energy levels. For care in my home, we’ll review the household setup and arrange a meet-and-greet so everyone is comfortable. In your home, I’ll respect your space and follow your care and access instructions. On walks, I’ll use your dog’s usual leash and equipment, pay attention to their comfort, and keep you updated.

About: Gentle (or jumpy!) giants are my specialty. I’ve spent the last 15 years sharing my life with Bullmastiffs, Dogues de Bordeaux and Cane Corsos from puppyhood to passing. Medium dogs are great but the big boys and girls are my heart. All ages welcome. My home is 100% set up for dog life. I’m retired from my full-time career but still work very part-time as a CrossFit coach, and also workout daily. Mornings I’m at the gym but home between classes and all afternoon. I have time for potty in the morning and awesome walks in the afternoon. Of course, cuddle and play time included! I have a fully fenced back yard, a dog run for their business, and a big dog bed in my living room. I have plenty of sanitized toys. Basically my home is set up to share with dogs. Unfortunately, my last baby crossed the rainbow bridge last September so I’m taking this opportunity to care for yours.

Growing up, I have personally cared for medium-sized dogs, specifically a German shepherd and Pitbull, and also 3 different cats. I recently have lived in a house with 5 pit bulls and helped walk, feed and bathe each one for over a year. I currently do not own a pet, but am itching to own one soon. I have experience dealing with dogs and other animals with anxiety and other medical or physical needs. I work from home at my own pace so I can accommodate different needs! Ideally, pet guests can be left at home alone for about an hour for errands and other events that come up. Please provide a crate if your dog cannot be left alone for over an hour. My home is responsible and dog safe with gates to prevent access to the kitchen. My yard is not fenced but I always keep dogs leashed.
