“Ananda was amazing - she was really helpful coordinating dates/times, she stopped by early to meet my dog, and she was lovely about keeping me updated with everything! I think she’d be a great sitter or walker that I’d recommend to anyone”

“Cathy has been walking our anxious little rescue dog for over a year plus house/pet sitting as we’ve needed her. We are always so happy to know we have such a caring person with our pets! She provides such peace of mind. Couldn’t recommend more highly.”

“Cynthia has been walking our dog, Pip, for the last six weeks while I recover from a foot injury and we really appreciate her. Our dog, Pip, was nervous about walking with a stranger but Cynthia was very flexible in figuring out how to make it more comfortable for Pip. Cynthia is quick to respond and shows up reliably. We really appreciate her help.”

“Elyse was amazing! Our normal dog walker bailed on us last minute, so we needed someone fast. Elyse went above and beyond making sure our dogs were comfortable with her and had great communication with us. She is super sweet and our pitties love her!!!”

“Evan did an excellent job of persuading my reticent, recently adopted two-year-old to take walks with him and return her to me looking happy. She has separation anxiety so it's quite an accomplishment. He's been a real help as I am laid up from a minor medical event. Evan is a gentle, dog-smart, dog-caring handler. I'm glad to have him on my team.”

“Sarah has been such a good walking companion for our two dogs! They were consistently punctual and sent me photos and reviews at the end of every walk. They also took the time to say hello to my two cats who weren’t apart of the rover-care. I would definitely hire them again as my dogs were quick to like them and thoroughly enjoyed each walk! Thanks so much Sarah!”

“Laura has helped us care for our senior dog in the most loving way! She provided daily walks for Delilah, she was always prompt, had great communication, and put my mind at ease.”

About: Hi! I’m Arianna. I enjoy and have plenty of experience sitting with animals! I love to go on long walks with dogs or taking a perfect pet photo. I have tons of experience making the perfect pet meal, cleaning a littler box, giving medication to dogs, and overall just spending time with animals. I am a part time student and I have plenty of time to sit and play with pets. Lots of time for long walks and drop-ins! I also love to just sit and spend time with animals who prefer to stay in. I do not house pets in my home, however I am committed to bringing a safe environment to your pets! I will always be aware of myself, my surroundings, and your pets surroundings.
About: While you're away, your pup gets to play! I offer in-home dog sitting with a large, secure backyard, daily adventures, and plenty of love and attention. You'll get adorable photo updates so you can see your pup living their best life. Your dog gets more than just a sitter — they get a second home. My base price includes: room service with up to 3 meals per day, administration of up 5 oral medications, 24 hour indoor / outdoor access, daily enrichment - this can be a splash pool or peanut butter kong. Boarding walks add ons can include: one hour dog walk an off leash dog park adventure. Stand alone dog walking: At this time, I am happy to announce that I do adventure walks. An adventure walk is a hike either to Point Isabelle or to Oyster Bay in Hayward, depending on which is closer. These adventures happen with a long lead up to 12 feet long or off leash. Off-leash is only available for dogs with perfect recall gor their non-primary owners. Depending on the condition of your dog, these adventures can last one to two hours. Transportation costs are included in my pricing. Your friend will have free access to roam indoors and outdoors, sit on couches, or lay in the sun all day. If your dog needs a little bit of quiet time, they can have a private room with an air conditioner on hot days. I provide a pet-friendly house designed just for dogs, offering a cozy and safe home-away-from-home experience. With plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy one-on-one time, your dog will feel loved and cared for. Let me know if you’d like to include off-leash dog park visits for extra fun or if your pup needs medications administered—I happy to accommodate. I will give your dog the attention and affection they deserve while you’re away!
About: I've been surrounded by dogs from a young age. I'm adaptable, whether they need a cuddle buddy, someone to throw a ball, or someone who will get down and (lightly) wrestle with them. Every walk session comes with some time for play and some time for love. Great with rescues or formerly abused dogs! Nervous, or otherwise neurotic dogs aren't a problem. I'm available whenever I might be needed. I just work on personal projects at home, so it's trivial to find the time I would need. I currently live in a pet-free apartment, so overnights at my place aren't an option. For extended care, I try to stick to the dogs owner defined schedule to preserve some sense of normalcy for them.
“Monique and Costa walked my 100-lb Great Pyrenees for 2 weeks while I was out of the country and did a fantastic job. I got frequent updates and they were even able to set up play dates with my dog’s usual buddies. They are reliable, friendly, and have a growing pack of super sociable and fun pups. I was instantly confident in their ability to manage the personality and size of my dog and I appreciated their communication and flexibility when I had to make last minute changes. Thanks Monique and Costa, and I would highly recommend to folks checking out their profile!”

“Kerri is amazing on walks with our energetic and reactive dog Buster! She's very kind and calm with him, and he responds so well with her. We also appreciate how prompt and communicative Kerri has been.”

About: Experienced pet parent to both dogs and cats with years of caring for friends' and neighbors' beloved companions. I provide attentive in-home sitting, overnight care, and enjoyable walks. I've successfully leash-trained older dogs and I love giving pets the exercise and affection they need. Your loved ones will receive the same care I give my own pets - consistent attention, plenty of play time, and a comfortable environment that feels like home. I work (mostly) at home. My own dog gets 4-5 walks per day during the week. Weekends are variable, but I try to have her outside for a good bit of the day. I live in an apartment. Outside time will have to be under my control when we go out for walks and pee breaks. Others' dogs can be crated if that's what makes them comfortable, but I typically let them hang out with my dog around the apartment. My dog is a voracious eater, so if other dogs are slow eaters, I'll have to separate their food (and maybe them for a bit) from my own.
About: I've grown up owning dogs my whole life, and I own my own dog as well. I honestly think it's impossible to be sad when a dog is in your life, and it is our responsibility to take care of them as best as we can. I would love to spend time and take care of your dog in the event you cannot. They should't have to feel so alone when we are busy! My puppy is very social, kind, and loves to play with other dogs. She is spayed so there is no worry there. I promise to take the best care of your dog, as if it was my own. I am also a strong believer in training dogs and keeping them on their own routine. I am very respectful of the rules or standards that each owner has for their dog, and plan on carrying those out exactly as you ask. I have a very flexible schedule currently and can accommodate many different times. Feel free to reach out and we can find a common time that works for you, your pet and me! Safety and trust are the most important aspect of caring for other animals. They are not just our pets but members of our family and I always keep that in mind. I will send photos and always be transparent about how your dog is doing.
