It was wonderful to be able to count on Natalie to help us with three walks over the holiday weekend! Our dog, Grover, is anxious around new people and dog reactive. Natalie was happy to take things very slowly with him until he was comfortable and gave me lots of updates. She definitely went the extra mile (sometimes literally) to make sure he got out on a nice walk and was well taken care of. My dog looooooved her walk with Sydney! The pictures and videos Sydney sent us were so sweet and our dog looked so happy. Sydney was super communicative and let us know when she had mila, how they were doing on their walk, and when mila was back home. It was also a really hot day and Sydney was very patient and accommodating for our senior tripod! Can’t wait to continue with Sydney :)
