“Thank you Su! Roxie had such a great time and was happy. Su takes lots of pictures and communicates well with dog owners. Definitely using Su for future dog sitting. Her place was perfect for a dog as well.”

“We were so lucky to find Jeangbin and her family. Our little Luna could not have been in better hands! She made this experience so easy for me and was so great with updates, that included the best pictures and cutest videos of our Luna. I never once had to wonder how my pup was doing and I wouldn’t hesitate to book Jeangbin again! Luna also got to spend her time with Kim, their sweet and patient retriever and their new puppy! She cared for Luna as if she were her own pup and for that I am eternally grateful. You really couldn’t ask for a better person to look after your fur babies! Thank you for everything Jeangbin and family! You guys are the best!”

“I left my 10 month old pup with Elise on a Saturday so I could go to San Francisco to see a show. Elise was wonderful about being flexible with the time as I wasn't sure when I'd be back. And when I picked up my pup, he clearly had an awesome time. He had such a big smile on his face like he wanted to tell me all about it! And as I started walking with him to the car, he turned and looked at Elise as if he may want to stay with her. :-) This was wonderful for me because he is very attached to me and I wasn't sure how he'd do when I left him in an unfamiliar situation. I'm so happy that I found Elise on Rover. My experience with her was fantastic and I highly recommend her!”

“Thank you Jie for taking good care of Archie ! Jie sent us photos and videos of Archie and was responsive to our messages. She is also very friendly. Archie enjoyed the stay and we’ll definitely rebook Jie in the future.”

“Alejandra & Leonardo were really good with Paisley. In the pictures they sent me, she looked content. They took her for walks and allowed her to run for a bit. She loved that and when I went to pick her up, she seemed to want to continue running rather than coming home with me just yet. Haha. I’d rebook them if I needed Day Care again.”

“Jill watched my dog during the day while I was working. She was kind, considerate and took fabulous care of my dog! Jill's dog is sweat and really friendly, and the two dogs got along great. I plan to have Jill sit my dog again. I would HIGHLY recommend Jill.”

“They took care of my boy like theirs. Fed him according to my request. Responded to my every request & questions respectfully and instantly. I highly recommend Dini and Ajay. I would use their service in the future as well.”

“Rose was excellent! Super flexible and took good care of my 7 month old puppy. We did a meet and greet prior to her babysitting and when I brought my puppy back for sitting, he was super excited to see her! It looked like he had a blast from day care & when he came home he was so worn out lol. I’m very happy she was kind to him and kept him stimulated and entertained! Would definitely book again”

“Yukako was an excellent dogsitter! She sent lots of photo and video updates which gave me peace of mind during the day. She was kind enough to wash and neatly pack away the food bowls for me. My dog was excited to see her both times I dropped her off so I know she has a great time with her and her dogs.”

About: *Accepting bookings for drop-ins and walks up to 10 miles from Newark. Save 25% with me by booking with me my first couple months on Rover (Aug, Sept, Nov)! Discount already applied to listed prices.* Hello! My name is Naomi - I’m an animal lover as well as a computer science graduate with a background in tech and music. I’ve had pets since I was about six - 2 dogs growing up (a lab and a lab mix), and more recently, I had a beautiful, loving pitbull-bulldog-lab mix who was a big part of my life until last year. He’s now with a sweet family on a large property where he has plenty of room to run and explore. In college, I had a cat who I initially found hanging out near my home without an owner, and he was super playful and intelligent. After showing him attention, he followed me home, and I ended up keeping him and naming him Genius. There were other cats in the area that’d hang out together, but he stood out from the rest and was a sweet, approachable lone ranger. In addition to having pets of my own, I’ve been trusted by family and family friends to watch over their pets (both cats and dogs). Animals have always been family to me, and being around them feels grounding and natural. I’m warm, playful, and detail-oriented. I also enjoy having a furry exercise/walking buddy. I’ll be sure to treat your pet with care, empathy, and attention. My schedule is flexible/open at the moment so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups. I have availability on weekdays and weekends. I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for every pet in my care. I follow instructions carefully regarding feeding, exercise, and any special needs.

About: CPR AND FIRST AID certified. I will baby your pet so much. I will protect them and play with them. I will care for them as if they are my own. Ima a part time babysitter and work from home for my family business. I create my own schedule and can move things around in your favor. My home has lots of toys, separate ones for pets i take care of. They get washed daily. I have a fenced patio and a beautiful outdoor community full of grass and trees where I can walk around with your pet. I have a cozy living room where your cat can hang out. I also live across the street from the park.

About: I’ve been a dog owner since 2017, with my first corgi girl Rosen coming to me. Now that my fur family grew to 2, since Rowen my second corgi came to my family. I’ve been given them my whole heart and my love, the same thing I would be pleased to give to your fur baby! I have a very flexible schedule since I’m studying for my grad degree remotely right now. I’m free on most of days and will have plenty of time and energy to play with and take care of your fur babies! I live in a single family house with a fenced backyard, which provides a spacious environment for your fur baby to stay in. My own Corgis can also spend time with your baby if desired, and I can also keep them separated from your pup if it’s not what you wanted. I’m very flexible and willing to give whatever you would like for your baby, so please feel free to let me know your needs!

About: What sets me apart is the time, attention, and genuine care I give every pet. I’m home full-time, so your pet won’t be left alone for long hours—I’m able to stick closely to their routine, provide companionship, and quickly respond to any needs. I’m also very observant, which is especially important when caring for senior pets or those with special needs. I have experience with both dogs and cats, and I’m patient with shy, anxious, or high-energy pets. Whether it’s giving extra belly rubs, helping a senior pet move around comfortably, or keeping a puppy on track with their training schedule, I focus on making sure each pet feels safe, loved, and happy. I treat every animal like they’re part of my own family. Since I stay home to support my family, I have the time and flexibility to give pets the attention they deserve. Pet care is already part of my daily routine—I’m used to feeding on schedule, cleaning up, taking pets out, and making time for play and exercise. Being home allows me to respond quickly to their needs and keep a close eye on their well-being. I genuinely enjoy the companionship and love creating a safe, calm environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for. Whether pets are in my home or I’m visiting theirs, I prioritize keeping their routine as close to normal as possible to help them feel secure. At my home, I provide a clean, pet-safe environment with regular feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and quiet time. I follow any special instructions, like medications or preferred toys, and keep pets supervised and comfortable. When I’m in a client’s home, I respect their space and routines. I make sure pets are fed, walked, played with, and cleaned up after according to the owner’s instructions. I also take time to bond with the pet, so they feel safe while their owner is away. I keep in touch with updates and photos, so owners know their pet is in good hands.

About: I worked as a vet tech assistant for two years, and have taken care of a multitude of animals, from turtles, to birds, big dogs to baby cats, and almost everything in between. I have also taken my own dogs to training classes and have one certified as an emotional support animal. I have personally had dogs my whole life (cocker spaniels and a German Shepard), and at one point in my life, I lived with the head of the K-9 unit of the flint police department and got to experience how they teach and train their dogs too. while my current dog is staying at my parents, I am looking forward to welcoming new animals into my home to help fill the void for the time being. I am a very kind, caring, and loving person who sometimes relates more to animals than fellow humans :p Right now, I am a stay at home dad who can take care of any pet almost 24/7, as well as being able to take dogs for walks or to the dog park if wanted. My daughter loves animals as well and will be able to play with your pet too. I follow all rules and guidelines set by the owner, I have gates in my house to keep animals and children out of certain areas, will set up a dedicated food and drink area for the animals. We allow dogs and cats on the furniture and in the bed at my house, and will abide by whatever the owner asks of us if we are staying at their home. I may sure to take them outside once every 1-2 hours, as well as a walk twice a day at minimum, and/or a trip to the park or dog park if allowed. I have a mostly fenced in backyard, but still take dogs out to the bathroom on leash. We can also create a dedicated kitty litter spot as well.

“I cannot praise Naomi enough. I am a busy physician with a crazy schedule. Naomi is impressively accommodating, very flexible, responsible, thorough, gentle, extremely kind, and patient. She is very attentive with my dog, Leo, and treats him so special, as if he were her own! Naomi is able to read my dog's needs. She sits quietly with him when he requires it, yet will walk, run, and play with him for hours when he is feeling energetic. I recommend Naomi without hesitation. Your pet would be lucky to have her as their sitter and friend!”

Maria L.
“Maria went above and beyond for my huge dog. She played extra with him and walked him for 10 extra mins because he refused to go inside.”

Yunzhen P.
“Jane is my girlfriend, and we have two super cute corgis who are basically our kids. She loves dogs so much — like, very very very much. Being around dogs makes her genuinely happy, and you can totally tell the dogs feel the same way. She’s always laughing, playing with them, and turning even a simple walk into a fun little adventure. Jane is super caring, always on top of things, and just really great to be around — for both people and pups. Anyone’s dog would be lucky to spend time with her!”
