About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old and I have grown up with all kinds. I recently created a family with kitties as well and I couldn't be more excited to meet more furry friends! I love caring for my pet—daily walks, playtime, and cuddles make my routine fun and rewarding! 🐾 It’s the best part of my day and always puts me in a great mood. Knowing they’re happy and healthy makes everything worth it! Right now I have a kitty and a goldfish so my home is curated perfectly for little animals to play and cuddle and enjoy all the sights from my windows.

“Dixie and her husband took care of my 5 mos old puppy for 7 days. They took care of Kirby like he was theirs. At one point Kirby had a bad night( anxiety from his parents leaving) and her husband stayed up with him most all night just trying to keep him happy and make him feel safe I will definitely use them again. Dixie stopped by a few days later to pick up something she had left and Kirby went crazy when she came in. He was very excited to see her and was jumping all over her so I would take that as his seal of approval too.”

About: I have never not had at least two pets in my entire life, I have also pet sat multiple animals in the last few years, specifically dogs and cats, but I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, birds, rodents, invertebrates, and farm animals. I love all animals and also have experience admintering oral medication and specialized diets. I have experience with senior care as well as young animals. I don't mind specific requests and encourage specifics when it comes to the animal members of every family. I am currently available weekdays during the day, as well as some weekends.I do not currently have the ability to board animals in my own home. I can feed animals, play with, and walk them. I can clean Iitterboxes and administer oral medications as well as follow any specialized diet plans. I can stay in the home with your pet or take them out for a walk or to the park.

About: I've been taking care of animals from fish to Llamas since I was a young child. Nothing makes me happier than being with animals. I've been taking care of my friends' pets for so long, I figured I'd make help other folks too. I make my own schedule currently, so if we are a good fit, it's no problem to make my schedule work around what you need. About: When I was born my mom and dad had 2 dogs, Petey and Jersey. A jack Russel and a Border Collie, I grew up with them and they grew up with me. There was never a time after them that we didn’t have at least 1 dog in the house at all times, most of the time it was 2 dogs and 2 cats. Sometimes it was more sometimes it was less. I’ve helped raise countless puppies and watched many dogs grow old. I’ve taught many puppies how to sit, potty correctly, I’ve bathed and dried. I’ve played with them for hours on end and most importantly gave them all the required attention. I love dogs so much, it is my genuine favorite thing to spend time with dogs. I currently work 4 am - 1 pm, so any time after 1 pm and on my lunches I am available for dog walking and drop ins. On Wednesday and Thursday I am off of work and am available for house sitting. I do not care for dogs in my home but with certain circumstances I may be able to care for your cat, if need be they would be in one of our 2 bedrooms.

About: Hi! I have taken care of animals my whole life! I am 20 years old! I currently work at a doggy daycare! I Can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies!! I am currently working full time at a doggy daycare ! I just moved back to Statesville after being gone for 4 years! I lived here for almost 15 years haha! I worked at an animal hospital before this job and I loved it! I had to quit because of me moving it was too much gas! I make sure they have food and water, I make sure to give lots of love, make sure they go outside! I always make sure they are okay!

About: I’ve taken care of pets my whole life and have had a wide variety of pets. I am comfortable taking care of senior pets puppies and ones that require special needs. I have a flexible lifestyle and flexible scheduling and can provide the needed time to care for your pet and will provide updates on a consistent basis. I have a large yard and will keep pets on leash if required but I am located in a rural area a good distance from any major road.

About: I've had dogs in my home as pets since I was born!! My first dog was named Penny. A cute Chihuahua. From that point on I remember having dogs as pets. And as a mother of three children, we had our sampling of dogs from Jack Russell terriers, Labradors, Maltese, Shih Tzu's. Not to mention, gerbils, hamsters, and a few cats along the way. We even had a few Heinz 57 breeds as well. We always took care of our pets and loved them until they crossed over the rainbow bridge. As a mother of 3, I taught them the importance of caring and being responsible for them. They were taught to never mistreat them and always give them love and compassion. Now that my children are grown, all three have pets in their home. The wonderful blessing of having pets in our home when my children were young has transferred over into their homes. They are teaching their own children the responsibility of pet care and love. My single adult son has learning disabilities and mental health issues. He has a Shih Tzu as a pet. If it were not for his dog, my son's days would be hopeless and futile. His dog has prevented him from doing hurtful things to himself because he knew he had the responsibility of taking care of his dog. And he loves his dog so much he did not want to abandon him. I am currently retired. I volunteer at a local thrift store 2 1/2 days a week. All the other days are flexible unless I have personal appointments or family time planned. I have two small Shih Tzu's. They are now in their senior years. Charlie is 15 years old and Sassy is 10 years old. They are the love of my life. I love being retired but I still miss being involved more in my community. And I love dogs! Working as a pet sitter will provide me opportunities to enjoy other's dogs as well as being involved in my community and surrounding area. I will come to your home and provide quality care, love and compassion like I do my very own. If I need to stay the night or a number of nights, I will provide the care that you instruct me to give your pet. I will walk, feed, play and keep your pet's routine as if you were home. I will also administer any medicines if necessary.

About: I’ve taken care of pets of all shapes and sizes as well as house sat for 4 years. I also own a big dog and have owned medium dogs and cats when I was younger. I’m currently working from home so I’m available most days, anytime, except Sunday mornings. I am comfortable house/dog sitting on holidays and extended periods of time as well. I’m more comfortable with watching pets in their own space so they are comfortable too. Pets need lots of exercise, play, and attention. I like to stick to the pets schedule so they have an easier time while their family is away! It’s also important to me that they aren’t alone long. Company, care and companionship are essential! Trust is also essential. I’m very organized and to myself. You would never have to worry about me rummaging in your things or areas I’m not designated to.

About: I currently work as a kennel tech full time, so I have daily experience with cats and dogs! I can sit for baby animals and administer medicines for any who may need it. I have been pet sitting for nearly 10 years now, and I am a life-long lover of animals and cat mom. I am leaving for a summer in South Korea very soon, through my university. It would mean a lot to me if you would help me on that journey. I am currently working full-time as a kennel tech! My schedule varies from week to week, but most days I am free before 8a and after 5p. This can vary depending on the service; I do not take other animals into my home as I have two shy cats. However, I am more than capable of cleaning litter boxes, feeding, and playing.
