About: I have years of pet sitting experience, care for my own dogs, and work at Mountain Dog Spa, gaining hands-on experience with all types of pets. I currently work full time in Cashiers, NC but am transitioning to part time. I can provide midday drop-ins and stay with pets when available. I provide care only in the client’s home, including overnight stays and daytime care, keeping pets comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their familiar environment always.

About: With a lifetime of experience in caring for and fostering pets and 6 years of professional experience in pet care, I can be there to love your furry family whenever you can’t. I am highly experienced with taking care of senior dogs and cats, very patient with puppies and kittens, and highly attentive to any needs your pet may have. I currently run an apothecary and crafts business from home with my girlfriend, and spend 1-2 nights a week playing music with friends. I am home most of the time and can spend most of the day caring for animals, I currently have a senior cat who requires lots of attention so cuddles are always available. I prioritize safety and trust in any environment I’m in for taking care of your pets. In clients houses, I stick to the pets schedule best I can to keep them stress free. I keep my own home pet proofed and always prioritize a clean and calming environment. I am always available to supervise your pets and love to nourish them with as much play time and walks as they need. I have a local dog park in the community, as well as a dog park with a lake nearby that dogs may swim in during the summer, which I love to bring them to. I also have a secure cat stroller for any adventurous cats who can easily be scared outdoors by dogs or other animals, which I love to take them for short walks in as long as they are comfortable.

About: I grew up with a house full of dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds - you name it and we had it. I was always the neighborhood kid who took care of the neighbors pets. As an adult, I’ve had cats and several breeds of dogs, including several who have not been dog-friendly, some who were runners, and one Shepard who I couldn’t ever fully trust with other humans. I’m clean, quiet, and super respectful - full introvert - and I work from home with a relaxed schedule - so all of these things kind of line up for me to pet sit! I’m very professional, I own a company and do all of the work from home and we have a very high reputation for professionalism, which starts with me. I’m also an EMT (I pick up shifts on occasion but never when I’m pet sitting), which means, I take safety and healthy very seriously and you have to pass an intense background check to stay certified (at the FBI level) and so you can rest assured I don’t have a hidden background. I’m also involved in my communities and am on the board of a nonprofit and volunteer for others. My main job is very easy going. I own a company and can work from anywhere I have good wifi. I rarely have virtual meetings that last more than 60 minutes and so I am able to closely monitor and/or walk/bathroom pets. I have EMS commitments on Mondays and occasionally other days- so just reach out and I’ll confirm my schedule. Safety, trust, and respect are some of the most important principles in this line of work and it has been a core part of my life and profession. The company I own is a travel company and we take customers to 35 countries around the world and so I fully understand how valuable safety and trust is. I could go on-and-on about how EMS is rooted in safety and trust, but I think this much is evident. I also take and send pictures daily and know how important good and open communications is.

About: I love dogs. I will put all my attention to taking care of your pet and keep certain routines in place. I will continue training that has already been put in place. Dog walks will be extensive. Can be firm and strict but also loving and tolerable. Available most hours. I have a pretty flexible schedule free for pet watching. I will feed dogs according to schedule. I can do over night sitting any time. I am willing to drive mostly anywhere. Just need some extra money. I am very flexible with my schedule and can work as much as I can. About: Hey there!! I've been around pets my whole life and absolutely LOVE them. We had a dog (dachshund) growing up as well as other animals like Rabbits and Guinea Pigs! I've had cats and dogs throughout my life as well. My bestie dog was named Sadie (corgi/husky mix) who was 17 when I had to let her go to the rainbow bridge March 2021...it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do 💔 I had her since she was about 1 yr old. She had a pacemaker put in about 2 yrs prior to passing and had a great life but I miss her like crazy. I've been Petsitting a long time but over the passed couple of years it's really helped heal my heart and has truly been a blessing. Most of my clients are from word of mouth over the years but I have this to help others get in touch with me if they need some help! I live in Lake Toxaway but I have jobs anywhere from Highlands, Trillium, Cullowhee, Cashiers, Sapphire, Lake Toxaway to Brevard. I mostly stay at my client's homes but I do bring some dogs to my house if it ends up being a better option. I've done puppy care and senior care as well so that doesn't phase me. I also can do medication or treatments needed. If I'm booked up for in home pet care then I can do drop ins 2x a day for cats 🐱 I can possibly offer that for dogs too but they usually need it 3x a day. So that would all depend on my availability. I work part time caretaking properties/cleaning, and childcare so I'm mostly home! When I do need to leave I'm not gone more then 3-6 hrs, depending on the job. I can travel further if I can move jobs around in my area. I'm very flexible and try to make things work if I can! I currently don’t have a fenced in yard but I will walk around my neighborhood and have a decent sized backyard. I treat your babies like they're my own so they get lots of lovin. Sometimes we go to the State Park too! If they like car rides I'll take them to check my mail or little errands.

About: Growing up I’ve always owned dogs and I love taking care of my own dog who has high needs. I love walking dogs and always enjoy seeing new dogs roaming about. I have a very open schedule, and that is why I was ready to start with Rover to kind of control my own scheduling. My week is open for plenty of dog walks or dropping visits for pets. I am excited to start working with you. I have one dog and two cats. I walk my dog at least five times a day. She is a terrier and needs extra exercise. I have two cats who are indoor. I change their litter box weekly and scoop it daily. Keeping a good hygiene for cats is extremely important for your home so I value that very much. My pets names are Oreo for my dog Millie and pumpkin on my cats.
