“Amber is very caring and truly loves animals. She tended to our dogs and even bought a couple toys for them to keep them extra happy. She was attentive and took pictures as well as took them for walks for fun. We were in a wedding and our sitter cancelled on us last minute. She helped us for a second weekend in a row and was prompt in responding to our request. She is awesome.”

About: I have a vast array of experience with many different types of animals. Ranging from dogs and cats to bearded dragons and sugar gliders. My jobs have included kennel manger and vet assistant. Throughout my years I have handled several situations with animals from good to bad. I have years of experience house and pet sitting for friends and coworkers but never thought about branching out or making it into a business until recently. I love all animals big and small alike. I am active and enjoy the outdoors. So getting out and about would be no problem with a fur baby that needs to get out and exercise. “Elizabeth is the reason that I welcomed dogs into my home. When I met her she had 3 dogs and a cat. She loved them and they loved her. Seeing that love influenced me to get my first dog 16 years ago. Elizabeth loved him, just as she loved her own. She is attentive to all pets. She greets them with pets and hugs, loves to take them on walks, long or short. She pays attention to how they are feeling and eating and makes sure the water bowl is always full. I've never seen an animal that she didn't love and they always love her in return. About: Hey there!! I've been around pets my whole life and absolutely LOVE them. We had a dog (dachshund) growing up as well as other animals like Rabbits and Guinea Pigs! I've had cats and dogs throughout my life as well. My bestie dog was named Sadie (corgi/husky mix) who was 17 when I had to let her go to the rainbow bridge March 2021...it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do 💔 I had her since she was about 1 yr old. She had a pacemaker put in about 2 yrs prior to passing and had a great life but I miss her like crazy. I've been petting a long time but over the passed couple of years it's really helped heal my heart and has truly been a blessing. Most of my clients are from word of mouth over the years but I decided to try this app out to put myself out there even more! I live in Lake Toxaway but I have jobs anywhere from Highlands, Trillium, Cullowhee, Cashiers, Sapphire, Lake Toxaway to Brevard. I mostly stay at my client's homes but I do bring some dogs to my house if it ends up being a better option. I've done puppy care and senior care as well so that doesn't phase me. I also can do medication or treatments needed. If I'm booked up for in home pet care then I can do drop ins 2x a day for cats 🐱 I can possibly offer that for dogs too but they usually need it 3x a day. So that would all depend on my availability. I work part time caretaking properties/cleaning and childcare so I'm mostly home! When I do need to leave I'm not gone more then 3-6 hrs, depending on the job. I can travel further if I can move jobs around in my area. I'm very flexible and try to make things work if I can! I have a fenced in yard but I still walk dogs around my neighborhood as well. I treat them like they're my own so they get lots of lovin. Sometimes we go to the State Park too! If they like car rides I'll take them to check my mail or little errands.
