About: I can adapt to you and your dog's needs and wants ranging from medical needs to behavioral modification or simply some love and snuggles! Not only do I support positive reinforcement, I also like to include doggy fitness for healthy joints and long lives. I've been known to give a doggy massage, or two. I specialize in small toy breeds and aging pets. But love going for a run with medium to big doggos. I have worked with paraplegic pups and dogs that need injections. I understand how to read dog body language and sense what they are feeling. I find this extremely important in providing a safe, happy comfortable setting for an animal away from their family and normal schedule. I make sure everyone has a happy, wagging tail. During walks and drop ins I find it important to spend this time providing a fun, energized visit to up their spirit and make the time fly by.

About: A medium dog mommy almost my whole life. If your dog ain't happy, you're not happy, so I will deliver hugs and pets when you want to but can't. I am fit and can take brisk walks, heat not withstanding. I am conscientious, timely, and will work hard to over deliver on your expectations! We have a dog, cat, and ball python. About: Ive been a pet owner and lover most of my life. When I was 11 years old I volunteered at an SPCA pet shelter. Ever since then I have a special place in my heart for doggies and kitties. My wife is also a Rover Sitter. I am retired and enjoy getting out, helping people and their furry kids. I can show up with a 1 day notice, anytime M-F. Thank you! About: My number one pet care skill is dog walking. In current life I have now, my family recently adopted an eleven month lab mix puppy who I have been helping to house train and potty train her. I live near a park with a track around it, so it makes it easy to walk her. My other skill would be getting dogs to like and trust me. Ever since I was four, I have had at least two dogs, which has trained me to give dogs a lot of pettings, talk to them, and play with them. Other specialties I have are feeding, watering, bathing, and brushing a dog. Overall, I have had five dogs, in my life time since I was four, including a Jack Russel, Terrier mix, Pyrenees Poodle, Feist, and a Lab mix. Parting outside of dogs, I have experience with caring for rabbits, birds and fowl (chicken, duck, geese, guinea), and a stray cat. Apart from my pet experience, I want to clarify how I charge for house sitting. First off, I do not do overnight care, so if you need somebody who will stay over the night please find somebody else! Furthermore, I do not like how Rover charges by night, since the hrs of care people need me for can vary drastically from 1 hr-8hrs. Therefore, when you contact me, I would like to discuss the price with you, and modify the deal accordingly. Here’s a guideline for how I’d like to charge for dogs: - For exactly 1 hr - $25 -Every additional hr - +$5/hr Every additional dog will be 50% more of original charge. A puppy (less than a year) will be 5% more of original charge Holidays will be 5% more of original charge For cats: - For exactly 1 hr - $20 -Every additional hr - + $5/per hr Every additional cat will be 50% more of original charge. Holidays will be 5% more of original charge My availability is limited because I am a third year college student. Dog sitting is my side gig behind my studies. I am available after 12 pm on Sundays, after 1:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, available all day Fridays, and available before 5pm. The number one way I will care for your pet at your home is by being attentive. I'll make sure that they are not doing anything they should not be doing. I will also ensure they have plenty of time outside for potty breaks, walks, and exercise. Furthermore I will keep an eye that they are fed properly, have plenty of water, and loved and cared for. Lastly, I'll make certain to clean whatever mess your pet may make and guarantee that your pet is happy and content.

About: Grow up I’ve always owned dogs and I love taking care of my own dog who has high needs. I love walking dogs and always enjoy seeing new dogs roaming about. I have a very open schedule, and that is why I was ready to start with Rover to kind of control my own scheduling. My week is open for plenty of dog walks or dropping visits for pets. I am excited to start working with you. I have one dog and two cats. I walk my dog at least five times a day. She is a terrier and needs extra exercise. I have two cats who are indoor. About: My whole life has revolved around my passion and love for animals. From volunteering at my local animal shelter, working at luxury pet resorts to working on a Farm I have had experience with animals of all sizes. I am available from early morning until 10 PM, allowing me to provide flexible and consistent care for your pets. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles, I ensure that your pets receive the attention and care they need throughout the day. For pups that come to day camp or board with us, we start our mornings going for walks, followed by breakfast and a little relaxation time out doors. Then we head out for a hike in the woods to burn off energy and get plenty of time to explore and socialize with the pack. I arrange a meet and greet with the pet and owner to understand the pet's routine, preferences, and any special needs. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was in middle school (I'm in my mid-twenties now!). I've worked with puppies (most recently, a Dachshund-Chihuahua mix), young dogs (my own is a three-year-old Great Pyrenees <3), geriatric dogs (my first was a Cocker Spaniel with dietary needs), and diabetic dogs, giving them their insulin injections. I've also worked with farm animals professionally as a wrangler and as a cowgirl on my family ranch. I also have experience feeding, cuddling, and playing with cats, and cleaning litter boxes. I am an educator, so I am completely available this summer! I travel to Asheville ~3 times per week, so I am available to take care of pets in Sylva, Waynesville, Canton, Asheville, and anywhere in between! I respond to the needs of your pets! If your pet is totally rambunctious I am active and can take it on a long walk/run or play with it in a designated location (yard, specific room, park, etc.). If your pet is anxious we will practice getting comfortable with each other and sharing the same space as each other until they are comfortable and can trust me.
