About: Ive been a pet owner and lover most of my life. When I was 11 years old I volunteered at an SPCA pet shelter. Ever since then I have a special place in my heart for doggies and kitties. My wife is also a Rover Sitter. I am retired and enjoy getting out, helping people and their furry kids. I can show up with a 1 day notice, anytime M-F. Thank you! I prefer to see your pet at your own property. My yard is not fenced, but I can walk them on a leash if necessary. With 3 cats and a dog, my house is pet proof. My wife is also a Rover Sitter.

About: Animals have been a constant part of my life for as long as I can remember. The photos in my profile span many years and many beloved companions because caring for pets isn’t just something I do, it’s something I’ve always loved. From puppies to senior dogs, rescues to lifelong family pets, I understand how important it is to provide the same patience, attention, and affection they receive from you. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day or night. Caring for animals is already part of my daily routine with my own four-legged baby, Waylon, who is a 140-pound Rottweiler. Walking, feeding, playtime, companionship, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable just come naturally to me. When caring for pets in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. I understand that every pet is unique, and I take the time to learn their schedule, preferences, and individual needs. Whether that means walks, playtime, medication, extra patience with a rescue pet, or special care for a senior companion, I strive to provide the same love, attention, and sense of security they receive from you. I have experience with large breeds, senior pets, rescue animals, and administering medications, and I treat every pet as if they were my own.

“I’m a little late adding this, as I’m still learning the Rover platform, but wanted to share our experience after the first couple of weeks working with Cheyenne. We hired Cheyenne through Rover to walk my parents’ dogs while my dad recovers from knee surgery, and we had a great experience right from the first two walks. Both Cheyenne and I are new to Rover, so it took a few tries, but we’re figuring it out together. Cheyenne was quick to respond when I first reached out and was flexible in adjusting her schedule for a meet and greet, which she initiated. That made getting everything set up feel easy from the start. I had originally scheduled two 60-minute walks for both dogs, but ended up needing to change it to just one dog. Our second dog is a new rescue Mountain Feist (about 25 pounds), and she wasn’t home for those first two walks. Cheyenne adjusted without any issues and was very accommodating. Our other dog a Retriever (about 40 pounds) took to her right away and clearly enjoyed the walks. She completed two full hour-long walks and sent updates and photos each time, which gave us peace of mind. For the second week, Cheyenne had some vacation plans come up, but she still made the effort to fit in one 60-minute walk before leaving. We really appreciated her willingness to work with our schedule and make sure our dog was taken care of. So far, she’s been reliable, easy to communicate with, and a great help during a time when we really needed it.”

About: I can adapt to you and your dog's needs and wants ranging from medical needs to behavioral modification or simply some love and snuggles! Not only do I support positive reinforcement, I also like to include doggy fitness for healthy joints and long lives. I've been known to give a doggy massage, or two. I specialize in small toy breeds and aging pets. But love going for a run with medium to big doggos. I have worked with paraplegic pups and dogs that need injections. I understand how to read dog body language and sense what they are feeling. I find this extremely important in providing a safe, happy comfortable setting for an animal away from their family and normal schedule. I make sure everyone has a happy, wagging tail. During walks and drop ins I find it important to spend this time providing a fun, energized visit to up their spirit and make the time fly by.

About: I’ve owned both cats and dogs my whole life, and more recently I’ve owned chickens as well. Starting with cats, I’ve fed and cleaned up after the ones we’ve owned, as well as taken care of the cats and kittens we fostered over the years. I’ve bottle fed them, helped give vaccines, and everything else in between when it comes to raising and taking care of them. I have also helped pet sit many of our neighbors as well as friends cats over the years. We have also owned several dogs, and I have tons of experience with walking and feeding them. We currently own 3; 2 small dogs and 1 big dog, so I have learned how to take care of many sizes of dog. Like with cats, I’ve also walked and fed my neighbors dogs many times when they’ve gone out of town. Lastly, we’ve raised more chickens than I can count in the past 7ish years, and I’ve taken care of chicks we got from breeders, as well as chicks born from our own hens and roosters. All of our chickens free range and are egg layers, so I treat them like any other pet and not like livestock. I have experience feeding them, fending off hawks and other predators, putting them to bed every night, as well as animal-proofing the coops themselves. For almost my whole life, I’ve helped feed our cats and scooped their litter just about every day. I also walk and feed each of our dogs throughout the day. Finally, I feed and put up our chickens many times throughout each week. I follow any instructions my clients may have and can cater to their pets needs. I love on and treat others pets the same way I would with my own, and have done so for neighbors, family, friends, as well as many others.

About: I love dogs. I will put all my attention to taking care of your pet and keep certain routines in place. I will continue training that has already been put in place. Dog walks will be extensive. Can be firm and strict but also loving and tolerable. Available most hours. I have a pretty flexible schedule free for pet watching. About: I have been dog training for the past 5 years slowly growing my business. I love taking care of animals as it is my passion! Message me to learn more about me and my experience! My typical schedule is 8:30-4:30 with most of my availability in the mornings and evenings! This is the most accurate schedule for the 2026 year. I do not have a fenced in yard but I have a nice neighborhood where I can take your dog for plenty of walks and exercise.

About: Ever since I was 10 I have had experience taking care of animals. At one point in time we had 26 animals throughout our house that we had to care for. I take pride in caring for animals because they are a true joy and blessing in this world. I also have a dog of my own who is very well trained that I have had for 7 years now. I have quite a lot of free time. Therefore, potentially walking and taking care of your pets will not only give me something to fill my time with but also give me immense enjoyment! Any scheduling conflicts you may have won't be a problem for me! My house currently does not have a fence, however I will gladly walk your pets on a leash if need be. I have a lot of experience with animals and have no problem walking or putting your animals in a crate if it is what is needed.

About: Since a little girl, there has always been dogs inside or outside of the house. As of right now, I have six dogs all different sizes, ages, and personalities. Therefore, I am very comfortable handling anything from energetic puppies to senior pups who need a gentler space. I understand how to manage multiple dogs at once and read their body language to make sure each one gets the care they need. Because of that, I am patient, adaptable, and used to real life situations. I treat every animal like they are my own regardless of where I am (why I have 6 lol), and make sure they feel safe and loved. I am currently a freshman in college who is fully online. Therefore, I have plenty of time on my hands to play with your pups and get what they need! During the summer time, I will be doing this full time as I will be on break. I have a large yard with many pups yours can play with. If needed, I can easily crate your dog if that is what you prefer, however, all dogs are welcome on the furniture here. I also have a quieter space for the older, wanting to sleep dogs🙂
