“Lillie was great! Communicated often and send photos as well. Left the house spotless! Milo ate the kitchen mat (for the SECOND TIME) and Lillie offered to reimburse us. Of course we said absolutely not- Milo gets mad when people he likes leaves the house. All in all a great experience! Definitely recommend!”

“Isabella is INCREDIBLE! So communicative, kind, and caring. She provided updates and adorable photos of our animals each day we were away. She was also kind enough to tend to some of our plants! I was able to rest easy knowing our home and its inhabitants were in her care. I would definitely recommend Isabella for anyone’s fur babies and intend to book her again!”

About: I have had and lived with cats and dogs my entire life. I am more knowledgeable and most comfortable with cats, but I have experience taking care of dogs as well. I have experience with administering medicated eye drops, ear drops, and I know how to clean up after pets. I have experience with cats of all ages. I am a current graduate student at Western Carolina University getting myself through the summer with any odd jobs I can acquire. I am also working on my research, so I may be called to work in the lab on WCU's campus on random days. I am not able to take in pets to stay with me, as I live in an apartment complex that has a strict pet policy, and I also have my own pet cat in my space. When visiting pets in their home, I will respect their space and read their body language so as to not make them uncomfortable.
“My dogs loved their time with Clemmy! She has wonderful communication, and sent the cutest pictures. I would highly recommend her, and will definitely book with her in the future.”

About: I had the wonderful opportunity to have pets (the majority being doggos) since I was four! I truly just love being around animals! I sadly can’t have any animals in my residence now hence why I am here, I do want to say that I will do my very best to make sure any pets are well taken care of and loved when I am pet sitting! I am looking forward to future opportunities!! As of right now my schedule is pretty open, especially with summer coming up. Mornings especially but, we can always speak further about that when figuring outs dates that are needed for sitting. As of right now, when I visit back home to see my mom I help her with our two dogs, Sandra and Zeus. I also help out with our chicks. My biggest thing is just communicating, if there are specific ways an animal needs to be looked after I am very willing to help I just would prefer we talk about it extensively, as well as making a list of priorities for the pets.
About: Growing up, I had always been very involved in the care of our family pets which made my love for all animals so strong from a young age. I have two dogs, a cat, and 7 reptiles:) I have watched pets on many occasions for my family, the families I nannied for, family friends, and clients from Rover. I understand that each fur baby has their own personality and I am always respectful of their boundaries and excited to get along and play!! I am comfortable with any size, age, and type of pet. Happy to talk about a flat rate and can be very flexible! My current schedule, I have classes Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8am-11am; Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-11:30. I would love to find a regular client whom I can dog walk/sit for on a regular basis but I am also interested in any short term dog care requests that you may have or overnights if comfortable with my schedule. I’m great at following instructions and will take care of your pup as if they were my own! I understand that each pet is different and will cater to the needs of each of your pets.
“Seth is a fabulous pet sitter! He was perfect for Iris. He kept her busy on hikes and was very attentive when they were at home. He also sent photos and kept in touch. We will definitely be in touch when we need a dog sitter in the future.”

“Harrison was very solicitous in looking after my elderly dog, which was very much appreciated! Very polite and friendly and receptive to all my advice and recommendations. Will definitely use again.”

About: I am a huge animal person, and I have experience doing pet care for my family and family friends. It is something I very much enjoy, and I would love to be a safe space for others whenever needed! I am currently a sophomore at WCU, and I just need some part-time work right now. I can do daytime work like dog walking or potty breaks Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as those are my easy days this semester. I can do stay overnight with any pets pretty much any weekend, Friday-Sunday! Being in a dorm of course, I do not have the space for animals. Back at home, my parents have a fenced yard for our dog and 4 cats, and this is how we accommodated their playtime and bathroom needs. If I were to housesit, they would strictly stay to their neighborhood and your home.
“This was the first time we had left Pip, our 12 year cat with anyone. We were nervous about how he would do having someone in his house. Could not have gone better. Dixie was great! Always sending updates, pictures and videos. Very obvious Pip was comfortable with her and glad to be in his own home. Will definitely schedule with Dixie again.”

About: I have take care of dogs of varying size and breed. My friends and family have always been able to rely on me to walk, feed, and bath their dogs when they are out. As a college student, I help out with my friends' pets with play and care. When I am home for breaks and holidays, I am the main caretaker of my dog Luna. She goes for occasional walks, gets baths, and is taken care of on a consistent schedule. At home, I have a fenced yard and a lovely dog to keep yours company. I also have crates if needed and snacks for the dogs. There are toys and such to play with as well!
About: When I was born my mom and dad had 2 dogs, Petey and Jersey. A jack Russel and a Border Collie, I grew up with them and they grew up with me. There was never a time after them that we didn’t have at least 1 dog in the house at all times, most of the time it was 2 dogs and 2 cats. Sometimes it was more sometimes it was less. I’ve helped raise countless puppies and watched many dogs grow old. I’ve taught many puppies how to sit, potty correctly, I’ve bathed and dried. I’ve played with them for hours on end and most importantly gave them all the required attention. I love dogs so much, it is my genuine favorite thing to spend time with dogs. I currently work 4 am - 1 pm, so any time after 1 pm and on my lunches I am available for dog walking and drop ins. On Wednesday and Thursday I am off of work and am available for house sitting. I do not care for dogs in my home but with certain circumstances I may be able to care for your cat, if need be they would be in one of our 2 bedrooms.

About: Hey guys, I’m currently a college football player here at WCU. I’ve had dogs my entire life and spent countless of hours and days watching over them. I have two dogs and absolutely love them to death, I have a German shepherd mix and an Akita Jendo. I enjoy loving on your animals as if they are mine. I’m in great shape so I love to go on walks and jogs with your dogs. I am good with all sizes of dogs as well. Just let me know what they like or dislike and all the things in between! I currently have lifts in the mornings and then one class a day so I am pretty open throughout the whole day to check in on your animal and to spend time with them. Since I offer in house stays at your house. I will follow all your rules and make sure they are fed at the correct time. Give them all the exercise they need and more!
About: I’m a warm, reliable pet lover with over 10 years of professional dog training experience, and I bring that same calm, confident approach to every pet I care for. While I’m not offering training on Rover, my background helps me understand behavior and body language, so I can keep your pet comfortable, safe, and at ease. I meet each pet’s unique personality with patience and kindness, whether they’re shy, playful, senior, or simply set in their routines. My goal is to create a peaceful, loving environment where your pet can relax and feel secure while you’re away. You can count on me for gentle handling, thoughtful attention, and clear communication—so you always know your pet is receiving knowledgeable, compassionate care. I am not currently working a full-time "normal" job, so my schedule is pretty open. My preference is to do daily walks while you are at work, etc., but we can discuss overnight care options for house sitting and overnight pet care. I love to play with pets at their energy level. Run around like crazy? I'm up for it! Play a little tug? No problem! A little stroll around the neighborhood? Yep! Sit & chill & get scratches? Absolutely! I just love interacting with all kinds of pets and giving them the attention and care they deserve.

Brinkley is amazing care or our 2 pets at our house while we were gone for a few nights. She gave us updates and went above and beyond to make sure our energetic dog had all of his enrichment treats and toys. Not only was our animals taken care of but so was our home. We would recommend her to anybody!

Ellie did an amazing job watching our home and caring for our dogs while we were out of town. I have a dachshund who is extremely picky on who she likes, and she absolutely loved Ellie unlike any other dog sitter we have seen. She is extremely communicative and we will absolutely be reaching back out to her.
