I believe dogs deserve unhurried, dependable care - not just a quick stop-in. My goal is to provide consistency, communication, and peace of mind so you can feel confident your dog is well cared for. 🐾 Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of your space and committed to maintaining your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible. Familiar environments help dogs feel secure, and I do everything I can to keep that consistency. I’m attentive during walks, mindful of surroundings, and cautious with other dogs and unfamiliar situations. Leashes, doors, gates, and feeding instructions are always double-checked. As a healthcare worker, I’m observant and quick to notice changes in behavior, appetite, or energy levels. About: I have grown up always having multiple family dogs at a time and cared for them independently from a very young age. Because of this long term experience, I have cared for the entire age-range from puppies to elderly. I have always enjoyed spending time with animals, taking care of them, playing with them, and making them happy! I also know that dogs can tell who “dog people” are and feel more comfortable with them - I am always the person that dogs come up to and hang around by at the party! I am currently in graduate school so my schedule can be a bit wonky, but I can do morning check-ins or walks before 9am or after around 6:00pm any day of the week. I am most flexible on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and on certain weekends. I have cared for escape-artist dogs in the past and know the proper way to enter/exit a home to minimize risk of them bolting, and how to hold on to a leash with backup support for unexpected pulling. Having treats that your dogs like available to help with crating or other parts of the check-in or walking process may also be very helpful.

About: I’ve had my own dogs to care for my entire life and have raised my dog for 5 years since he was 8 weeks old. I have worked for a pet-sitting & dog walking business for the past year! I am on a gap year before starting grad school and have a very flexible schedule. I spend most of my time at home with my dogs and doing tasks around the house. I have plenty of time to in incorporate more walks and pet time into my routine. I have a large yard where my dogs run but I am very used to working with dogs in different environments; I have cared for my golden retriever mix in an apartment setting as well as in a neighborhood. I walk my dogs every day through out the neighborhood and spend plenty of time outside. One of my dogs has hypothyroidism and takes medication daily, has certain dietary restrictions, and needs additional exercise; so I am used to being extra attentive regarding my dogs lifestyle.

My typical schedule is 8:30-4:30 with most of my availability in the mornings and evenings! This is the most accurate schedule for the 2026 year. I do not have a fenced in yard but I have a nice neighborhood where I can take your dog for plenty of walks and exercise.

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats and hamsters for a couple of years first was my family dog, then my cat in college and roommate’s hamster I only work 2-3 days out of the week for only 2 hours and I am free weekends. Which gives me enough time to care for your pets and spend time with them. I can also care for smaller pets like fish or hamsters if needed. In my home,which is my dorm, I feed my cat twice a day and make sure his water bowl is always full and clean out his litter box at the beginning of each day. In case of a fire I grab my cat with his emergency bag and I have also helped my roommate get her hamster out during a fire drill. I always make sure to spend time playing with them as well. For clients I make sure to care for their pets as I would want anyone else to care for mine; providing the food as asked by the client and cleaning after the pet as asked which includes cleaning the litter box or going for walks and playing with the pets.

About: (Previously known as AJ) I am a lifelong animal lover with experience in dog, cat and some limited horse care. With a natural affinity for animals, I enjoy working with many different critter personalities and always honor and meet any animal where they are at. I have experience with senior pets and I am comfortable administering medications with instructions. I firmly believe that you are the expert on your fur kids- I use a great attention to detail to do my very best to enrich any animal’s life with all of the information on hand, rather than taking a cookie cutter approach. About: Growing up, I had always been very involved in the care of our family pets which made my love for all animals so strong from a young age. I have two dogs, a cat, and 7 reptiles:) I have watched pets on many occasions for my family, the families I nannied for, family friends, and clients from Rover. I understand that each fur baby has their own personality and I am always respectful of their boundaries and excited to get along and play!! I am comfortable with any size, age, and type of pet. Happy to talk about a flat rate and can be very flexible! My current schedule, I have classes Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8am-11am; Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-11:30. I would love to find a regular client whom I can dog walk/sit for on a regular basis but I am also interested in any short term dog care requests that you may have or overnights if comfortable with my schedule. I’m great at following instructions and will take care of your pup as if they were my own! I understand that each pet is different and will cater to the needs of each of your pets.

About: I’ve cared for pets my whole life—dogs of all sizes, cats, fish, guinea pigs, and more. I’ve also helped neighbors with their animals, handling walks, feeding, playtime, exercise, and bathing (as long as they’re comfortable!). I do not have classes on the marked days so I am almost always able to drop in multiple times on your pet, which also means I have enough time to give them quality care! About: Hi! My name is Ashley, I am I senior in the nursing program at South College. I am staying full-time in Cullowhee right now, and I will be here for the rest of the summer. I have over 13 years of dog walking and dog sitting experience, and I have worked with every size and age of dogs- including my 2 large dogs I have myself at home (1 senior, and one puppy under 1 year). I am a very very active person who is willing to go on runs or hikes if that is something you would like. I am familiar and comfortable with administering medication to pets, since I do that for my senior dog every day. I do work full time this summer but I am able to adjust my work schedule according to the dates you need my services if I have enough advance, but also note that I am always available on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please contact me if you would like to know more about me and my schedule I look forward to hearing back from you!😁 I’m currently working part-time and I am fully online for school, so I will have plenty of time to fit these responsibilities into my schedule. With a good amount of heads up, I arrange my shifts the whole week to accommodate if you’re going on vacation or something like that. I can bring a leash, treats, and a harness- if needed for medium- bigger dogs (just let me know in advance if you would like me to). I am very good at working with more than one dog at once; the biggest party of dogs I have worked with at once is 4(all large dogs)! About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I am a trustworthy retired RN who is looking to spoil your dogs while you are away. I am a non-smoker and very active with walking/hikes and pickleball. I am retired now for 5 years and spend my day actively with hike/bikes/pickleball to name a few activities. I am available most days with proper notice. I do not have a fenced yard but do have a 7-year-old dog named Dori who gets her exercise walking daily. If you pup likes fenced in yards caring for your dog would be better at your home.

About: I’ve owned cats since I was 5 and dogs since I was 10. Both puppies and seniors, so I have worked on taking care of them for a long time! I have also gained experience in the pet care world through working at a dog daycare! I’m currently attending school full time and work part time, but I am able to do evening and early morning walks! My availability does not change much unless I’m away from school! I will not be able to take care of dogs in my home because of the two others I already have. In others home, I will be able to follow details given. I can let dogs out, walk them, feed them, crate them, or whatever is needed!

About: Hello, my name is Nick. I have been working with dogs for a long time and it is one of my passions. I have two dogs of my own one named Nala whose breeds we don’t know but she is a sweetheart who loves everyone and another named Stewy, he is an Australian Shepherd and Husky mix and he also loves socializing with other dogs. I also have experience volunteering at a local shelter. I enjoy getting to meet and interact with new dogs and your dog will be in great hands! Pet care is a regular part of my daily and weekly routines. I have my own dogs who love socializing with other pups. I already spend much time everyday taking care of my dog and will provide the same level of care to your pet as I would mine! We have separate rooms we can put our dogs in if your pup would rather enjoy some alone time! I have a balcony which is safe and enclosed which the dogs will always have access to as well as access to a fenced in dog park. He is very sweet and playful and is not aggressive whatsoever!

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life. They are my favorite living being ever! I adore them so much and want to spend as much time with them as I can. I have a lot of experience with dog sitting, at least 5 years (in home). I don’t have as much experience with cats, but they’re growing on me! I’d be happy to watch your cat as well. I can do anything you may need me to do. I am a CNA, Medication Aide, and Medical Assistant, so I’m very familiar with small procedures your pet may need. For summer break, I am working a lot, but I’d still love to be considered even though our schedules may not align. There may be a break in mine for some reason allowing me to service you! Currently I’m working: Sunday: 4pm-11pm Monday: 7am-7pm Tuesday: 7am-7pm Wednesday: 7am-7pm Thursday: 4pm-10pm Friday: 12pm-11pm Saturday: 7am-3pm It’s a lot but I love working hard! That’s what summer break is all about :) I have the most experience in others’ homes, since I can’t have animals in my home. I am willing to do anything and everything you ask of me. With my schedule, a lower maintenance pet would probably be the best, but I can always mess around with my schedule a little if it can help you!
