In my home my dogs get taken out twice a day fed once in the evening and are out roaming all day. But I am flexible to your pets schedule/needs!
“Loren was an amazing pet sitter. She was incredibly communicative, loving, and caring with my dogs. Always punctual, attentive, and truly impossible to improve on. About: I have had dogs my entire life, and always find myself drawn to them. As a young woman searching for my purpose, I want to spend my time doing what fulfills me. I have been pet sitting for my friend who has a dog aggressive dog, and enjoy spending the quality time with her. I will always give exceptional care and focus on forming lasting friendships with the animals in my care. Friendships that last longer than a meet and greet or drop-in visit. I am always looking out for the pet and putting their needs first. I pay attention to animal behavior and never push past their limit, to ensure a good relationship is being built. My primary goal is to make sure the client and pet are comfortable. I currently am not in school or employed as I recently moved to the area. I have lots of time on my hands to spend with your baby. I will always put the pet's needs first, and ensure I keep their schedule the same as my client does for them. I care for the animal and the home and keep it just as I found it.
“This chick is phenomenal! She has a great personality and is very engaged with animals. My German shepherd loves her and even gets to play in the water with her. Her communication skills are stellar. I received live updates and photos while at work. If you want someone reliable and dedicated to your fur babies, she is it. I HIGHLY recommend her! <3”

“Samantha was a great sitter! She kept us up to date with great pictures and was very communicative with any questions she had. This was our first time leaving our dog at home instead of boarding him (we have had a bad experience with boarding) and it was such a breath of fresh air to not have to worry about his well-being and knowing that our pets were in great hands. We will absolutely be going back to Samantha with any future pet sitting needs. We can’t express our gratitude enough to her for taking such great care of our fur babies!!”

About: I have been taking care of pets, more so dogs since I was 12 years old. My experience includes all ages of pets from puppies/kittens to seniors. In my neighborhood alone I have dogs for over 12 families and I am hoping to expand my love and care for pets to other families! Currently, I am a college student but I have free time over the holidays for any needs. I am available 7 days a week, and usually let out pets every 3-4 hours, but I am willing to adjust to your pets’ usual routine. I do not have space to care for your pets at my home, but am more than happy to stay at your home, or visit for extended hours to comfort and play with animals!

“Kathleen took great care of Wilfred while we were gone over Labor Day. It was the first time we used a new Rover sitter in our new neighborhood, and we got super lucky finding her last minute. We even decided to stay out of town for an extra day/night mostly b/c Kathleen was so flexible and happy to check on Wilfred for an extra day/night. She's definitely at the top of our list now for sitters for both check-ins or longer trips!”

About: Hi, My name is Morgan. Never in my life have had to live without animals. I love taking dogs to the dog park (if they're vaccinated :) ). I will be looking into starting the boarding after switching apartments with more lenient roommates! I will not only stop by and take care of your pup but I will also play with them so they don't get bored. Also, if interested I can also socialize them with my year and half old sweet GSD, she loves making new friends. I do find myself as a genuine and a trust worthy person. If you choose me to take care of your fur baby I can personally guarantee they will not only stay safe as well as happy!
“Kristina is an angel in disguise. I went into labor and needed someone to watch my little guy at the last minute. She did not hesitate to swoop in and come to my rescue. She provided regular updates on my dogs well being as well as pics of him to reassure me of his health during my hospital stay. When i needed to extend her services, she was able to work with me and was beyond helpful with helping me reintegrate my dog back into my home. I would recommend Kris to any dog lover who appreciates a care giver who treats your 4-legged friend JUST AS if not BETTER than you do. Thanks again Kris. Youre one in a million.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
