About: I have been pet setting for friends and family for the past fifteen years. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each and every fur baby I come in contact with. I do not have pets of our own, so we really take this time to provide all the love and attention to your pet while we have them Spending time with me . I have grown up with dogs and cats, my entire life, and once we moved to Charlotte, have helped our neighbors tremendously while they vacation our daily walks around our community. Days are that much more fun when we have someone to bring along with us , especially since we have a dog park walking distance from our home. I can’t wait to meet your loving pet, and give it the same love and attention it deserves. I work from home, so have unlimited time to give your pet attention and take for as many walks as needed. Typically I take two walks a day, but frequently take more when pet sitting there is an enclosed porch area that are smaller dogs that we watch like to hang out on to get sun and fresh air since our yard is not fully enclosed. On weekends that we are pet sitting, we make it a point to stay local and to include your pet in any of the activities that we do around the house. We have a large yard and an enclosed porch area that we can spend time with your dog on. Within walking distance from our house, there’s a small dog park as well. I spend a lot of time outside, walking multiple times a day and would be happy to have your pet accompany. My daughter Isabella is very mature and is excellent with helping. Keep your pet entertained if that is what they prefer. For the dogs that I have sat, and are not as active, I make sure that they have the space that they need and attentive enough to understand when there needs change.

That said, I’m always happy to meet in person beforehand and get to know you and your furry friend. If you’re not home when I arrive, clients typically leave me access through a door code, keybox, or occasionally under the mat, whichever you prefer. --- During My Stay: Before your trip, I’ll ask about your pet’s routine, preferences, and any medications they may need. You can share this information however you prefer. Some pet parents send a short message, others leave a note or a printed document. As long as I have what I need to keep your pet happy and comfortable, I’m all set. Because I work remotely, your pet will have company most of the day and receive plenty of attention (and pets 🐶🐱). I’ll happily send updates and photos as often as you’d like, whether once a day, twice a day, or not at all if you’d rather fully disconnect while on vacation. I adjust to your comfort level. --- Departure: Most clients ask me to leave a few hours before they return. Before heading out, I make sure you’ll find your home just as you left it. - Bedding stripped and tidied - Dishes washed and put away - Everything cleaned up after use If requested, I can also water plants, collect mail and packages, and leave them neatly on your table. After leaving, I’ll send a quick message with photos (of the rooms I used) and a short summary of how the stay went, so you’re fully updated and reassured. 🐕 Final Note At the end of the day, my main goal is to keep your pet happy and minimize any separation anxiety they might feel during the first day. Over time, I’ve found that most of my repeat clients continue hiring me for one simple reason: their pets genuinely bond with me and feel comfortable in my care.
