“This was our first time using Rover and were thankful to have connected with Sophia. She and her boys took Jelly out for hikes and played with him. He was fed his medications and allowed to cozy up on furniture. She shared multiple updates and pictures through the visit, which allowed us to feel comfortable that Jelly was being well taken care of. We would rebook Sophia in the future!”

George is picky with his food, so she made time to feed him by hand, to make sure he would eat something, while with her. What really elevated the stay was Mesgana's personal attention. Frankie is an elderly dog, and prone to dementia; she gets confused and anxious in new environments. Mesgana proactively found ways to make Frankie feel more comfortable, and even had a few suggestions for us when we picked her up. Hands down, you cannot find a better person to care for your pup.
