“At first I didn't want to post a review for Jessica...mostly because I didn't want others to know how great she is, which could mean she would be fully booked the next time I wanted her to watch our terrier mix Roxie...but I couldn't let that stop me, We left Roxie with Jessica for about 2 weeks and we couldn't have asked for a better guardian. Jessica is someone who truly cares for dogs. She is compassionate, calm and reliable. Jessica took our girl on nice big walks so she got lots of exercise and showered her with lots of love and affection. We could tell when we went to pick Roxie up that she felt right at home. I actually think she was a bit down for a few days after we picked her up because she missed Jessica. Jessica's dog, Julian, is the most even tempered dog I've ever met and although Roxie usually is shy around other dogs, they got along just fine...to the extent that Roxie, our little 15 pound girl, took over Julian's much larger dog bed. Julian accepted it without a flinch and used Roxie's much smaller bed, even though the bed was way to small for him. Jessica sent us a great picture of this. Jessica was the best and will be our go to person from this point forward.”

“Sam was wonderful! From the first meet and greet to the follow up to make sure we'd arrived home safely, she was conscientious and caring. Bahama was well taken care of - medicines, brush time, outside time and lots of cozy rests. Our retired Guide Dog breeder is going to be 15 in April, so having her at home in her own environment with someone who was experienced, loving and reliable was a priority. Sam fit that requirement and then some. My husband I highly recommend her.”

“Lydia has been one of the most holistically caring people I’ve met in the North Bay. As her (former) neighbor of 2+ years, I absolutely loved knowing that Lydia was nearby. She is also incredibly calm and serene, so living next to her was a joy. Being Lydia’s neighbor for 2+ years also meant that I had the pleasure of watching her care for dogs, and her late dog, Lily White. Lily was an elderly dog for as long as I knew them, and the care that Lydia showed was remarkable — Lydia made Lily’s meals from scratch, ensuring that only real, healthy ingredients were given to Lily so Lydia could help her to be as healthy and as long-lived as possible. Their (multiple) daily walks were slow paced whenever necessary, making sure Lily was comfortable while also enjoying her time outside and with Lydia. Seeing Lily so well cared for in her final years was heartwarming. My cat, Bird, is the love of my life, and she also loved both Lydia and Lily. I would trust Lydia with Bird’s care without any reservations, knowing Bird would receive not only good food and exercise but also the genuine love and affection she’s come to expect from me. Bird felt comfortable enough to walk straight into Lydia’s home, sniffing around, despite Lily’s presence (and size!). I would be happy to vouch for Lydia’s wonderful care, for both homes and animals, any time. Anyone would be lucky to have Lydia looking after their place or their beloved pets.”
