About: Ambidextrous (dog, cat, all!) pet lover here to make sure your best friend is happy, healthy, and safe while you're away. Playtime, mealtime, and pets; multiple days or a quick one-day drop-in, I'm here for it. I pride myself on having great pet energy, and reading/respecting their body language. I'm currently working part time from home in San Rafael, so I have a flexible schedule for drop-ins: walks, meals, playtime/inside/yard exercise, or just a bit of human interaction are all on the menu. I take locking doors and windows seriously in my own home, for myself and my own indoor pet. I maintain the same level of care for clients.
“Nate was wonderful! He is a great communicator, was diligent and attentive to all of my kitty's special needs, and he gave me frequent updates and pics, which I really appreciated. He was happy to learn the new skill of injecting insulin, and learned quickly. Best of all, my cat really liked him, took to him immediately, and was happy, calm and content when I got home, as if I had never left. It was a joy to have Nate petsit for me and I will rebook him at any time.”
“Thank you Monica, for taking good care of Buster and giving him lap time and meds! We also appreciate the sweet photos you sent of our kitty. We will happily call on you again!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care our two cats received! From the very first visit, it was clear that Abby has a genuine love for animals. Abby kept us updated with photos and notes, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. We highly recommend Abby to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and professional pet sitting. We have worked with Abby a few times this year and will absolutely be booking again! 🐾💛”

“Trisha was lovely to work with. Her professionalism and care for our cat exceeded all expectations! She went the extra mile and really connected with our little guy when we were out of town. She sent updates and photos every check in. We were so happy to have found Trisha and would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a thoughtful, kind and caring pet-sitter.”

“Ariane did drop ins on B multiple times a day while I was away for a work trip. She follows instructions well and made sure to send plenty of photos of my boy. Having her drop in and take care of B really put my mind at ease while I was away. We will definitely book her again.”

About: To ensure your pet receives individualized attention, we host only one dog at a time. We’re a good fit for dogs who are over 1 year old, 15 lbs or more, spayed/neutered, fully potty trained, and happy sleeping solo (no human beds or bedrooms). These basics help keep the vacation smooth for everyone. Pick up/drop off: 6:00am - 7:00pm. We live with a wonderful Lab named Lincoln (no current job). We are able to do walks (and runs!) through the Watershed, Deer Park, Headlands and love to take photos. For longer stays, we do field trips (including a secret dog pool in Petaluma 🤫). We try to switch each day up to provide variety. Backyard with plenty of room and recently installed dog run. Fenced from road. Also a hammock should our guest prefer a more leisurely day. ;)
About: "I’ve always had a special connection with cats, especially senior ones. I have years of experience caring for my own senior cat, making sure she’s comfortable, happy, and well-loved. I’ve also helped friends care for their cats—feeding, playing, giving medication when needed, and providing lots of affection and attention. I understand that every cat has their own personality and needs, and I take pride in giving them the care and patience they deserve." I am a retired esthetician and also a fused glass artist I am now able to spend my free time taking care of cats . I take great pride in caring for cats both in my own home and for others. I’ve looked after cats of all ages and personalities — from energetic kittens to senior cats who need extra gentleness and attention. When cats stay with me, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable, keeping their routines as consistent as possible. When I visit cats in their own homes, I treat their space with the same care and respect as if it were my own. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, grooming, or just quiet companionship, I always make sure every cat gets the affection and care they deserve.”
About: I have been house and pet sitting for over 10 years from young puppies to senior cats. I mainly do it for extra income and for family, friends and referrals. I love learning about your pet's personality and quirks! I am currently in-between jobs so I have extreme flexibility. I often take dogs for walks while their owners are at work. I love going for hikes and to the beach. However, I always tailor my services to the owner and pet’s preference. I often both pet and housesit when owners will be out of town. My flexibility, kindness, cleanliness and communicative nature has built trust with my clients over the years. I respect house rules and make your pet the priority. I know your home is your safe space, and that’s why before I leave your home I make sure everything is exactly how you left it so that you can come home and immediately relax. I’ve been told by clients things like “our home is cleaner than how we left it” and “it doesn’t even seem like you lived here for a day, let alone 2 weeks!”
“Elena was great! She stayed with my kitty for a few nights while I was away. Place was pristine and I returned to a happy cat! She was good at communicating / sending updates and photos too. Already booked her for another weekend!”

About: With over 20 years of experience, I have a deep understanding of caring for a variety of pets, both my own and others’. Growing up with cats sparked my lifelong love for animals, and over the years, I’ve cared for dogs, chickens, goats, and cats. Our family dog, now 17 years old, holds a special place in our hearts. I know how crucial it is to have a reliable and trustworthy person looking after your pets when you’re unable to, and I bring that level of care and commitment to every pet I watch over. I currently work part-time and have a fairly flexible schedule, allowing me to accommodate a variety of pet care needs. However, since I have children at home, I kindly ask for at least one day’s notice to ensure childcare arrangements can be made unless your pet would enjoy a little visitor tagging along. My goal is to provide focused and attentive care for your pet, so planning ahead helps me give them the best experience possible. Our senior dog prefers a quiet home without furry visitors, so at this time, I am only offering pet care services at your home. I pride myself on being detail-oriented and will closely follow your instructions to ensure your pet is cared for exactly as you prefer. Whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, or special routines, I’ll make sure everything is done just right while providing your pet with plenty of love and attention to keep them happy and comfortable.
“Kat was everything you would want in a petsitter. She was responsible, communicative, capable, loved my elderly cat, and took great care of her. Mamacat was very content and peaceful when I arrived home, and the house was clean and well taken care of. Kat was used to giving oral medications, but had never done insulin injections before. She was happy to learn how, came ahead of time to be trained, and then performed Mamacat's whole daily routine smoothly without problems. She reached out when she had questions, sent updates, and overall was very responsive to my lengthy instructions. I felt Mamacat was in very capable and responsible hands, and I look forward to having Kat sit for my precious kitty again anytime. I highly recommend her!”

About: I've had dogs in my life since I was a middle schooler. Between my family dogs and dogs who have lived in my home since then I have been responsible for at least 7 dogs, of all shapes, sizes and demeanors. I've kept moody Dachshunds, energetic Shelties, even tempered Retrievers and even rescue Pitbulls. I love hiking and getting outdoors, and bringing a canine friend along. I currently have one dog of my own, a peppy rescue mix, and he is my best friend I am available to dog/house sit very regularly. I am an ecological land designer working most days from home with the exception of days where I need to do a site visit or connect with my team in person. I can pretty much work from anywhere with a good internet connection, so most days would be able to be around in case your dog needs more frequent walks or attention. In addition to dogs I love other pets and plants! If you have house plants, a veggie garden or other plants that need some watering or attention while you're away I'll be able to help in the department as well! I work from home most days, so I am able to be flexible around a pets needs regarding feeding, walks, and medication. Ocassionally I do have to leave home for work, and that is typically up to 4 hours. We have one dog at home and since we don't have a yard, we typically take him up on the ridge to walk, or to the Red hill Dog park or San Quentin beach. These are great places to have some fun exercise

About: Hello dog(s)/cat(s) owners, I live in beautiful Fairfax where dogs are sort of "celebrities". We have amazing hiking trails and open spaces for dogs to play and get exercise. I used to have my own dog Wyatt, and I have been dog sitting for my friend's dogs over the years. I absolutely enjoy the cuteness and the companionship. Recently, I cat sitted 2 cats while studying abroad and learned that I am also a cat person. I would love to help out with your little (or big) ones. I am a nursing student and a future birth and delivery nurse, Thanks, Rachel ... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. . . . . . . . . .
About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life, although I have one years worth of experience babysitting dogs (both senior and young). In general, I have always been grateful in their company! At home, I have a maltese that I adore, and enjoy going on walks with her:) I'll be happy to find a time that works best for you! My most avaliable days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday where I can do any of the three sevices. On Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I will mostly likely be avaliable in the morning for walking and visits. I will make sure your dog is properly leashed and watch where they walk. I'll observe their body language if other dogs approach, and make sure I am walking at a pace and level that is most comfortable for them!
“Fantastic!! The little report cards, photos and updates were so sweet to read. Beau warmed up to Olivia immediately and she was wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely be requesting her services again for our boy. Thank you!!”
