About: Throughout high school, I would help dog-sit for family friends. I was very reliable and able to help feed, walk, and play with their animals. I also cared for coworkers' animals when they were gone for vacation, and I was entrusted with keeping their living space clean. Growing up, I had four large dogs: 2 labs and 2 boxer mixes. I work as a vet assistant, so I have hands-on experience when it comes to administering medication. I currently work part-time as a vet assistant, so I have a lot of free time on the days I don't go in, giving me plenty of time to care for your fur babies. I'm available most days throughout the week; just reach out! I like to go in and make it seem like I was never there. Simply do what is asked of me and leave without causing any disturbance. When it comes to the fur babies, I like to care for them as if they are my own and treat them like my own pets. I'm more than happy to help tidy up any place as well.

About: Hello, I’m currently studying to become a veterinarian. Since I was a kid, I’ve always been surrounded by cats, dogs, and even birds. I do not shy away from any animal and feel a connection between them and nature. I understand the patience, time, and love a pet requires. I treat all pets with the same care and love as my own. I love going on walks, especially in a forested area. I love going on hikes, I believe reconnecting with nature is important for not only myself, but pets as well. I’ve always cared for animals, as of now I have pet birds. Basically my entire life I’ve cared for animals. Once I started to care for them professionally, my world opened up to so many new learning possibilities. Working with elderly pets and puppies, mature pets… it’s just such a learning process and it’s beautiful to be able to connect to them in such a meaningful way. I have worked in a pet resort, and as a beekeeper. This has solidified my confidence and trust within myself to care for your pet personally. I deal with hundreds of dogs, cats, and clients everyday working at the pet resort. I’m working part-time at the moment, I do have a flexible schedule. The only days where I am definitely not available are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. As always, I will be open to flexibility when available. I care for all pets with care and love. I understand no pet is equal, they all have their own personalities which means you need to find what works for each. This takes patience, but it is completely worth it. I make sure your pets are safe in their surrounding. This means against dangerous items they may be tempted to go near, etc. Your pets’ safety is my priority.

I’m currently a part-time student with a flexible schedule. I’m happy to coordinate walks and drop-in visits around your pet’s routine and needs. I follow your instructions closely and respect your home. Before walks, I check that your dog’s leash and harness are secure and keep them leashed throughout the walk. About: I've spent the bulk of my life caring for animals (dogs, cats, small mammals, and even horses). Much of my experience has involved anxious and/or reactive dogs, who often do best with a calm environment and a consistent routine. I pay close attention to body language and changes in behavior so I can respond before a dog becomes more stressed. I have also cared for rescue dogs whose backgrounds required patience and careful handling. That experience has taught me to notice stress signals that can be easy to miss, and to avoid pushing a dog beyond its comfort level. I follow the routines owners provide rather than changing what the dog is used to. I'm comfortable following medication instructions and specific feeding routines. I can also care for households with multiple pets (big or small, old or young). My goal is to keep each pet’s daily life as familiar as possible while the owner is away, so the pet can remain comfortable and secure in its normal environment. I’m currently in graduate school with a highly flexible schedule, which allows me to prioritize the pets in my care. I keep my Rover calendar carefully updated and limit bookings so each pet receives attentive, individualized care. When I am house-sitting or doing drop-in visits, I treat your home with the same care and discretion as I would my own.

About: I have cared for multi-pet households. I have experience feeding, brushing, changing litter, and administering medication. I love animals of all sorts. I am also good with them. I am good at reading their body language, and a lot of them gravitate towards me for whatever reason. They tend to be comfortable with my presence. I am between jobs at the moment, so that means I am somewhat more flexible to work around your schedule. I am a little bit busy with stuff in my personal life, and obviously I have boundaries about when I can and can't be at your home and how much work I want to take on, but the lack of structure in my life right now means we have more options for how I can show up for your pets. I am not in school either at the moment. I am not planning to have this be my only source of income, but for now I am flexible. I can't have pets come to my apartment; it is too small and I don't live on the bottom floor so it would be too much of a hassle to take them outside. I can only come to your home. I am very respectful of boundaries and property when I enter someone else's home. I will pay close attention to your instructions about how to care for your pets and any important other details I need to know. I am responsible and detail oriented, so you can trust me in your home and with your animals. I care that my clients feel secure with me being there while they are away.

About: I’ve owned dogs since I was 5 years old. I love pets and currently have two Guinea pigs! I’ve taken care of elder dogs, puppies, dogs with health problems, usually for friends and family. No pet is a bad fit for me :) As a PhD student, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I am available when most aren’t. I can accommodate pet care into my schedule because I have the freedom to choose my hours. I always try my hardest to meet my clients expectations. I check-in with owners to make sure our needs and responsibilities are being met so you can have the peace of mind that your space and pet are well taken care of and respected.
