About: I've had 3 dogs growing up, all different breeds from small to large, I love basic training and incorporate it with any dog I work with, if you need them to get more command practice just let me know! I want to train them just as you would! Pet care fits in my everyday schedule as I only work part time and am usually off before noon. I am a student twice a week where I have a class for 4 hours and can adjust any routines before then. I have a pet of my own so I know how important it is to make sure your pets are getting everything they need! I do live in an apartment but I have a spacious living room and a large crate at home that I can make super comfy for any pet guests! lots of grass right outside that take a quick 10 seconds to get to for potty breaks. super easy to take walks nearby and I have a pet store down the street if the dog has any needs, I can quickly get them. I'd sleep right by them and I'm a light sleeper and super attentive if the dog is feeling stressed. Can always make them some raw dinner or serve a bowl of what they usually eat at home no problem! About: I love animals and pride myself on giving them the attention and care they deserve. I’m a lifelong dog owner. I have experience caring for many dog breeds, from puppies to senior dogs. As a pet sitter, I have taken care of dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, hamsters and gerbils, and fish. My care includes exercising, feeding, bathing, playing, administering medications, and cleaning their living and bathroom space (cages, tanks, litter boxes, and kennels/yards). Between us, we have provided care for dogs, cats, small animals, birds (including raptors), reptiles, fish, and exotics. Our experience includes providing medication and taking care of special needs animals. Both Ryane and Dave have advanced degrees in animal-related fields; Ryane has a Ph.D in Animal Behavior and Dave has a Master's degree in Avian Science. Both of us have devoted our lives and careers to learning about and caring for various animals. Our experience through both research and wildlife rehab has given us plenty of hands-on medical experience with animals. Our former cat, Charlie, needed up to 8 medications a day for the last year of her life, and we understand just how hard it can be to travel when you have a high-needs companion. We hope our years of professional and personal experience caring for animals will help alleviate your anxieties, knowing your critters are in capable and loving hands. About: I adore all animals and have had pets my entire life I currently own two cats and two small dogs. But I have own/cared for larger breeds as well! I have a very chill laid back personality. About: I wanted to be a vet... I had many dogs and cats over the years, in different countries - I love animals, their unconditional love and communicative silence (or not, right Warren!) I very much would like a pet again but where I live pets are not allowed, so I get my treat by enjoying your pet! I work remotely, so my schedule is flexible. I like taking a walk in the morning after feeding, usually a longer adventure of 1-2 hrs, maybe to the beach! Then another, shorter walk in the late afternoon before feeding, if there is a 2nd meal. And of course going for a quick round before bed. I'm always attentive to the body-language/need of an indoor pet, watching the signs they may want to go out. I request vet and safety information from the owner, including dietary restrictions, and will stick to the animal's routine of feed time and walk. Less stress is better!
