I can ease both you and your furbaby’s anxiety by staying with them in their home and checking in with you regularly with photos and videos. Boarding your furbaby elsewhere is very stressful for them, especially considering the limited amount of care and physical activity. I will give them all the love and attention that they need and take them on adventures around the neighborhood (with your permission); it really helps to refocus and calm them down. Let's make sure your furbabies are as happy and comfortable as possible while you're away. I also provide basic training and understand common behavioral issues such as reactivity and separation anxiety. I love working with puppies, helping to socialize them and teach recall is critical at a young age. Be sure to tell me all about your pet's quirks and needs so that I can help. I have over 10 years of professional pet-care experience, plus I have cared for many types of animals. I took some time off from petsitting when I took on the full-time responsibility of caring for an elder dog. Our family’s Siberian Husky, Skye, was truly the best companion and adventure buddy. She lived a happy, active life for 16 years! She is dearly missed and will furever be with me in spirit. Now I am getting back into professional pet-care and I look forward to making many new friends, caring for your furbabies as tho they were my own. I work mostly remotely from home so I have the ability to stay with your furbaby in their home and give them the attention they need. When I am housesitting, I am also taking care of your home. I'll bring in the mail and water the plants. I always clean-up after myself and your pets before I leave so that you can come back home to a clean and comfy space. About: I love being around these animals as they give so much. My family and I have raised 6 guide dog puppies annd three breeders, over the last 14 years. Right now I help take care of 3 dogs who have been or are still working for Guide Dogs for the Blind. I have multiple days a week free and would like to take care of more animals. I would love to help in the feeding walking or bringing to veterinary care of any animal who's owner finds it necessary to supplement their own time due to constraints. I'd see myself primarily in the role of exercising or being a daily companion to these animals

I am currently working at a pet resort that is also connected to a clinic. I currently work part-time and a vet clinic. I can come morning, afternoon, and night any day I am willing to bring a small animal into my home as long as they are ok with another large dog and small cat who are very friendly. I do not have a yard, but walks are given multiple times a day and I have a decent sized 2 story townhome with dog parks and turn outs close by. About: Dogs are the light of my life! I've given forever homes to 7 German Shepherds, 2 Poodles and 4 Mixes. I've had extensive experience caring for them through various illnesses & am very knowledgeable about both their physical and emotional needs. I trained all of them myself with modernizing the methods as the practices changed over time. In High School I worked for a veterinary clinic washing dogs and administering vaccines as well as meds. I was a teacher for 20 years and am super resourceful. I've always had dogs. For me, life would be empty without them, and I'm one of these crazy people who would do absolutely anything to meet their needs!! You can definitely trust that I'll do everything to give your dog the best!! I LOVE DOGS & CATS!! Not to mention horses, ponies and rabbits! About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a baby. My family had taken in squirrels, ducks and chickens as well as having 2 cats and 1 dog. I am currently a student and I am planning on working to earn money for college. I am only taking in person classes and only work limited hours at a Pilates studio. I have a fenced yard, and a large bay trail only a few blocks away. I have 2 cats that do not bother and 2 very friendly dog.
