I have trained and competed in agility with my Australian shepherds, and I have worked with and trained dogs of all ages. I have also cared for and loved many cats (both my own and for clients and friends). When I played varsity polo for Virginia Tech, my team was charge of all aspects of care for our 16 horses during the school year. I have ridden and cared for over 100 horses since I was young. Through these experiences, I have administered medications, handled behavioral issues, fed a variety of foods, and cared for and diagnosed illnesses and injuries. My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, cared for, and loved while their favorite people are away. Your pet should feel like they are on vacation too! I am available and excited to care for your pets on any schedule that works best for them! My schedule is quite flexible right now. About: I started dog walking and petsitting in 2022. I'm great at reinforcing recall and working with all kinds of dogs, from independent off-leash to dogs that are prone to separation anxiety. I’m the perfect person to hang out with and cuddle your furry friend while you’re away. I am currently working from home and part time at that so I have plenty of energy to devote to making sure your furry friend is well taken care of. I'm fairly active and get at least 2 walks in a day and enjoy hiking as well. I usually take dogs on walks 2x daily unless otherwise instructed.
