About: I've grown up around dogs my whole life, and have had experience walking and taking care of them for years. I love dogs and want to make sure your dog feels safe and comfortable. I am currently available on both weekends and weekdays. I'm always flexible and I can accommodate dog walking and sitting into my regular schedule. Safety always comes first. I'll respect your space and make sure your pet feels comfortable above all. I want to communicate with you to understand your pet's needs and your rules about your space.

About: I'm excited to meet new pets and their people! While I'm new to Rover, I'm not new to caring for animals. I have over 20 years of professional experience caring for pets and homes, along with a lifetime of loving animals of my own. Animals have been part of my life since childhood. I've cared for dogs of every size, age, and personality, as well as cats, birds, and other small animals. Most recently, I spent four years living in Hawaii with my own dog, cat, and bird, and have cared for pets throughout the Bay Area, including Marin, San Francisco, Oakland, Contra Costa, and Napa. I'm an outdoor enthusiast who loves mountain biking, hiking, camping, and exploring nature. If your dog enjoys adventure and you're comfortable with it, I'm happy to include longer walks or outdoor adventures tailored to their energy level. I enjoy keeping active dogs both physically and mentally engaged, while always respecting each pet's individual needs and routine. During COVID, while my massage therapy practice was on pause, I got a certification in canine massage, deepening my understanding of canine anatomy, mobility, and comfort. This experience has been especially valuable when caring for senior dogs, anxious pets, and those who benefit from right amount of exercise and a calm, gentle touch. Every pet is different, and I take pride in carefully following your instructions so they feel safe, loved, and at home while you're away. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your beloved companion is receiving attentive, experienced care. I've always believed animals are some of life's greatest gifts. To me, they are like guardian angels on Earth. They teach us unconditional love, presence, and joy. It's a privilege to earn their trust and care for them as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily life. I currently work part-time with a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan my work around the pets I'm caring for whenever possible. I intentionally limit my commitments so I can provide each pet with the time, attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or simply keeping their normal routine, I'm happy to adapt my schedule to meet their needs. I understand that consistency helps pets feel safe and comfortable while you're away, and I strive to make their time with me feel as familiar and stress-free as possible. Clear communication is important to me, and I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, loved, and well cared for. Every pet is unique, so I take the time to learn their routine, personality, and preferences before you leave. I carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, favorite walking routes, sleeping arrangements, and any special needs to help your pet feel safe and comfortable. Whether your companion enjoys long walks and outdoor adventures, playtime, enrichment activities, or simply relaxing on the couch, I tailor my care to what makes them happiest. I believe consistency and patience help pets feel secure while their family is away.

I stay observant and responsive, making sure pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for every step of the way. In your home or mine, I follow each pet’s routine with care—feeding, walks, meds, play, and rest. About: Pets have been an important part of our family for over 50 years. We have raised a Basenji, a couple of labs, cute mutts, many cats, even squirrels. During the last year, I have been pet and house sitting for others, who have requested me back many times when they are away. I give their pets the same care and love I give my pets. Currently, we have three adorable and loving cats roaming our home. I have also cared for My mother, mother and father in law and my husband in my home full time during their declining years. I'm retired and working as a pet sitter, when requested. Being retired gives me the freedom to house or pet sit at any time if I am not already working for someone else. I usually have overnight pet sitting. I request a schedule they already have for their pet/pets that I can follow. Feeding times, bathroom, and exercises their pets are comfortable with. I also request vet and emergency phone numbers. Phone numbers of neighbors they trust is always nice.

About: I grew up with many animals in our household from dogs, cats, turtles, birds, fish, and bunnies and always had a unique connection to them. I have an innate empathetic understanding with them. I have experience with training younger dogs, as well as taking care of elderly dogs. I have experience providing necessary medication if needed, as well as lots of love and snuggles and adventurous hikes or leisurely walks for elderly animals. Currently I have a cat and would love to have another dog but for now getting to take care of other people's dogs or cats would satisfy my desire to be around lots of animals. I am currently a full-time student and I work remotely online so my schedule is flexible and I can work from anywhere. I would prefer to watch dogs and cats in your home. I like to communicate with the owner of the pet and get a clear understanding if there is a particular feeding or walk schedule, as well as if medications are required, or crate preferences. I am happy to send a photo of your animal baby each day if you like daily check ups. I love communication so trust and understanding are developed between myself and the owner.

About: Hi! As a pet owner, I understand the difficulty of finding someone to care for your pets and respect your home. I am a passionate dog lover and would be honored to walk, sit, or visit your dog(s). I speak to dogs with a comforting and calming tone so they build a sense of trust with me. Ever since I can remember, I have always been surrounded by dogs and have learned to love and care for them. I am able to read their body language and give them what they need when they need it. I have a very flexible schedule and a welcoming home to guarantee you and your dog’s satisfaction. In my 20s, I lived in a meditation community, where I practiced daily yoga and developed a deeper appreciation for mindfulness, simplicity, and being present. I eventually found my way into pet sitting in 2022 while living in Phoenix. Since then, caring for animals has become a very meaningful part of my life. My days typically include: * 🐾 Morning: Feedings, fresh water, potty break, and a morning walk or outdoor time. * 🐾 Throughout the day: Potty breaks, playtime, enrichment, cuddles, and plenty of companionship. * 🐾 Evening: Dinner, another walk or outdoor time, and settling into their usual nighttime routine. * 🐾 House care: Bring in the mail and packages, water plants as needed, take out trash, and keep the home clean and tidy. * 🐾 Updates: I’m happy to send photos and updates so you know how everyone is doing while you’re away. I’m flexible and always happy to follow your pets’ specific routines, needs, and preferences. When I stay in a client’s home, I treat it with the same care and respect I would my own. My priority is keeping your pets comfortable and maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure they receive their meals on schedule, fresh water, regular potty breaks, walks, play and enrichment, and plenty of affection and companionship. I pay attention to their individual personalities and needs, whether they want lots of activity and attention or prefer a quieter, more relaxed day. I do leave the house periodically for my own errands, walks, or activities, but I make sure your pets receive dedicated one-on-one time throughout the day and aren’t simply left alone for long periods. While I’m there, I also keep the home tidy, bring in mail and packages, take out trash, and take care of any agreed-upon household tasks. I’m respectful of your space and routines, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident that your pets—and your home—are being well cared for.

We will cultivate an individualized plan to meet your furry family members needs. I am currently home full-time. I provide love and care to dogs with special emotional and medical needs (including meds, blind and deaf dogs, senior dogs, and dogs with separation anxiety that need to be held constantly).Senior dogs who need healing and to be held constantly are my speciality. About: Currently, I live in a studio apartment with my boyfriend. Since I am beginning my career as a scientist, I need to supplement my income with something I enjoy. I have been walking dogs for my friends for years and even house boarding. This is the perfect gig for me because I love spending time outdoors and hanging with animals any chance I get. At the moment, I have more availability on weekends, but I would be happy to board anytime needed. I would love to spend my time caring and hanging with your animals. On the weekends I can hang all day long with your pet, if needed. Or I can pop in and say hello/feed/walk your dog. I can even give your cat space but feed them if wanted! Haha
