In addition to home boarding and daycare, I have hands-on experience providing dog walks and drop-in care for dogs of different sizes, energy levels, personalities, and leash habits. My goal is for every pet to feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and well-being are my top priorities. I care for every dog as an individual by following their normal feeding, potty, exercise, and sleep routines as closely as possible. For boarding, I host only one household at a time, with a maximum of two visiting dogs from the same home. This allows me to keep my boarding environment small, calm, and attentive. I require proof of current rabies vaccination before boarding and provide regular photo and video updates throughout each stay. Every boarding concludes with a personalized summary of your dog’s stay, so you return home knowing exactly how their time with us went. For boarding, visiting dogs must be crate-trained and able to settle safely in a crate when needed. Crates may be used for sleeping, meals, rest periods, or brief periods of separation and supervision. I host only one household at a time, with a maximum of two visiting dogs from the same home, which helps me maintain a calm, comfortable environment for both visiting dogs and my resident dog, Tully.

About: I’m a Tulane Law student who has pet sat for friends and neighbors for over 12 years. I have a flexible school schedule and would love to spend my extra time making sure your dogs and cats are safe, well cared for, and having fun while you’re away! About: I can take your active dog for long walks, give an older dog a little local stroll, or just give some love and attention to your cat. I have a big heart for all creatures, especially the furry ones. rest assured that whether going on walks, spending time outside, or enjoying snuggles on the couch, your pup will be secure and nurtured. I work from home and coffee shops as a freelance writer, so I can be available to care for your loved one during the day. I keep a pretty regular schedule, generally wake up around 7 begin work around 10 AM, take a lunch break between noon and 2 pm, and end work by 6 PM and am in for the night by 10 PM on weekdays. So, I would be able to offer 2-3 walks a day, depending on heat levels. I cannot host pets at my home, so I am only available to housesit or drop by for walks and visits. When in a client's home, I always clarify and follow personal preferences and house rules (ex. pets allowed or not on furniture, no guests in the home, etc.)

About: I adopted my traveling friend's cat, Zara, for a year and a half before my friend moved back home during lockdown. Zara and I moved a few times in New Orleans, but she adjusted to our home perfectly once we were settled. She snuggled me everyday and was patient with me while I worked in the service industry. I have also cared for ducks, chickens, two older pigs, and a parrot while one of my friends left the city (New Orleans) for her birthday vacation. During this same week, I cared for my disabled friend's blind cat, shrimp tank, goldfish, and two neighborhood cats she tends to. Even though these friends lived on opposite parts of the city, I split my time snuggling with the furry pets and attended to all pets who had medication or special needs. My love for animals has expanded to animals I never thought I'd get to love on! I hope you can welcome me as your pet caretaker while you are away from home. I'm currently working as remote tutor with students from around the world! I'd love to fill my time loving on pets who will enjoy a safe and calm environment while I teach the youth English. I would love to invest full-time into sitting so, I can focus on my private clients as I progress in my new career. I have extensive experience with disabled and abused pets.
