“Rachel and Michael were wonderful! They took care of Missy over the holidays and clearly gave her a lot of love! They send sweet pictures and or videos daily. They were extremely responsive and reliable. They set up Missy for success by scheduling a meet and greet for our pups before the boarding period. They were also super flexible. My flight back to the city was canceled and I last minute needed an extra day of care for Missy and they accommodated this last minute change which was very kind. Overall, I felt relaxed and reassured in my travels knowing Missy was being cared for by Rachel and Michael!”

“Michael was very accommodating to my schedule. I had him watch my pup while I was visiting a friend in New Orleans. My friend couldn't have a dog at his apartment but I wanted my pup to come on the trip bc I wanted to have her join me in the Quarter while I walked around. Michael met me several times to let me get my pup and drop her back off with him a few hours later. She seemed so comfortable with him and he was very friendly. The only improvement I could say would be that an occasional picture of your pup would help put nervous fur parents at ease. I would absolutely recommend Michael to watch your pup!”

“Mike was great with our Chase. He always kept us updated on Chase and sent photos very frequently. We could tell Chase loved being with Mike and his dog Britain. And a plus is that Mike lives only a block away from us. We were hesitant at first because of our own anxiety and it being our first time using the app but Mike was able to meet with us before Chase's stay and reassured us that Chase was in good hands. “Ms Etta is incredible! Xena, my calico baby is kind, feisty, and defensive all in one. I had to drop her off last minute for friends in town and the reply to take her in was prompt and professional. Ms. Etta was very kind all throughout the stay, sent constant updates, and made me feel at peace. Xena was very defensive and a little fearful, this being her first time away from me and away from her home, she gave Ms. Etta a hard time (and a bite) but she handled it like a pro. Star sitter is an understatement. Rockstar human is more like it.”

“We are so thankful for Jon! He did an INCREDIBLE job watching our pack of 4 poms over our wedding weekend! We have never used Rover before or left our dogs overnight and were pretty nervous. We even got on a call with Jon prior to booking and he was more than willing to answer our millions of questions. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times (we drove into NOLA from STL) and was so patient with my "helicopter parent" husband that wanted to set up their beds himself and was so anxious to leave them. Jon's house is also on a side street that made drop off really easy. We received multiple updates and the cutest photos the whole weekend! Our pack definitely had a great time. They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. It was very obvious that Jon loves dogs and took care of our fur babies like they were his own! When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. Jon, thank you so much for going above and beyond to take care of our poms while we got married! See you next year! (-:”
