“We are so thankful for Jon! He did an INCREDIBLE job watching our pack of 4 poms over our wedding weekend! We have never used Rover before or left our dogs overnight and were pretty nervous. We even got on a call with Jon prior to booking and he was more than willing to answer our millions of questions. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times (we drove into NOLA from STL) and was so patient with my "helicopter parent" husband that wanted to set up their beds himself and was so anxious to leave them. Jon's house is also on a side street that made drop off really easy. We received multiple updates and the cutest photos the whole weekend! Our pack definitely had a great time. They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. It was very obvious that Jon loves dogs and took care of our fur babies like they were his own! When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. The pics were flowing the whole time and when I ran into some travel delays on the way home she was able to keep him an extra night and give me peace of mind that my little baby was happy, healthy, and in good hands. Regina is a true dog lover. She treated and cared for our girl as if she were her own. She took excellent care of our dog and was accommodating of her quirks and routine. She was very communicative with updates and photos, and made sure to ask any questions that came up.
Lorynn was wonderful with Pistachio! She was very accommodating, communicative, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She sent regular photos and updates throughout the stay, which I really appreciated. Pistachio was well cared for and seemed happy and comfortable the entire time. Noah was awesome! He was able to take Rosko last minute and was very communicative throughout the entire stay. He sent pictures and videos every day and I didn't have to worry about the health and safety of my dog because I knew he was being taken care of. He came back happy and healthy! He also had such a great time running around with Noah's little dog!! Definitely recommend!

Blair was amazing! This was my first time booking a sitter in New Orleans and she was able to take me last minute. Spencer was absolutely amazing!! This was the 1st time leaving my dog for an extended time and I was nervous - he made me feel very safe and sent lots of photos/updates. Bertha came back soo happy also! Previously she may have been anxious but I could tell she had a great time and got lots of loving. It was also her birthday while I was gone and Spencer put a candle on a doggie cake and sent the cutest pic! Thankful for the experience and I will def be using Spencer moving forward.
