About: Hi! I’m 18 and a student at Loyola University New Orleans. I started pet sitting through Rover this summer and have already had the opportunity to care for many different dogs and cats. I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, giving lots of attention, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m responsible, reliable, and truly love spending time with animals! I take my dogs for walks every day around noon to make sure they get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and attention. I also feed my dogs and cats twice a day (morning & night) and stick to a consistent routine to keep them happy and healthy. I’m home for the summer, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pets the care and attention they deserve. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their environment. I follow all instructions closely and keep pets on their normal routines, including feeding, walks, and playtime. I maintain a clean and safe space, pay attention to their behavior, and make sure they feel relaxed and loved. I treat every pet like they’re my own.

About: I've taken care of pets of most every kind since I was twelve. I was pet-sitter for many of my neighbors, friends and family with pets from cats and dogs to birds and turtles. I'm fine with any kind of pet, especially with instruction for the less common ones. I am currently working from home so my availability is very flexible. I am unable to board pets at my home because of my own pets but I can easily get around town to make sure your pet gets the care they need and am willing to stay over if that's what pet care is required. I am currently unable to board dogs due to my own pet cats and lack of a fenced in yard. I am more than willing to go on long walks with your fur babies and can easily travel to make sure that they are taken care of to meet your specifics. I am very adept at both young and old pets, having cared for many kittens and puppies and also seen many of my own pets through their senior care.

About: What sets me apart is that I don’t simply “check in” on your fur babies; I genuinely enjoy spending time with them and getting to know their individual personalities, routines, and needs. I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, including regular and extended care while their families travel. Whether your baby needs long walks and playtime, is a workout nut (to keep me in shape, too 😂), needs extra attention, wants a cuddle buddy, or needs someone who understands that affection happens strictly on THEIR terms, I’ll follow their lead. Most importantly, I understand that you’re trusting me with a member of your family and, often, your home as well. I take that responsibility seriously. I’ll follow your instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, walks, exercise, litter care, playtime, bedtime routines, and all of those little details that make your baby feel safe and at home. We spend most of the day together, so they are not alone for long periods of time if I have to run off to check on another baby. I’m happy to stay overnight and spend quality time with your pets rather than simply popping in and out if you prefer. I’ll give them the level of attention and affection THEY are comfortable with, whether that means lots of cuddles and companionship, plenty of activity, or giving a shy kitty their space until they decide I’ve earned their approval. 😂 I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would want someone to give mine. I’ll keep things tidy, clean as needed, and secure, and send you regular pictures and updates. About: Hi my name is Josh! I recently moved back to New Orleans from Scottsdale Arizona. Its definitely a different kind of heat here, but I prefer it! Something you may find that separates me from others is the energy I bring to the table. It will have your dogs wanting more time with me! I have been a dog owner for many years as well as many breeds, and have gotten to enjoy the lasting relationships you build with them. I love being outdoors whether its playing soccer or working in my garden, and both are even better with more animals around!
