And a plus is that Mike lives only a block away from us. We were hesitant at first because of our own anxiety and it being our first time using the app but Mike was able to meet with us before Chase's stay and reassured us that Chase was in good hands. I supplied Michael with all her necessities and 3 pages of instructions on legal sized paper. They were extremely responsive and reliable. They set up Missy for success by scheduling a meet and greet for our pups before the boarding period. They were also super flexible. My flight back to the city was canceled and I last minute needed an extra day of care for Missy and they accommodated this last minute change which was very kind. Overall, I felt relaxed and reassured in my travels knowing Missy was being cared for by Rachel and Michael!”

Brittany was yet again magnificent - and that was no short feat given my dog’s needs this trip. My senior dog has had some aging health issues lately that flared up in a never before seen way during this sitting session. Brittany kept me totally in the loop, dealt with the insanity with deep care, and problem solved to get to a place where my pup was able to be so incredibly comfortable for the majority. A million thanks wouldn’t be enough.
Ellie was the absolute best. She was so incredibly patient and extra loving with our anxious pup. Also, she went above and beyond when she found a couple of fleas on her--- she took action and communicated with us the whole time about the game plan. We were so, so appreciative. She also sent pictures and updates, which made us feel at ease. Ellie is a true gem and clearly has a genuine love for dogs :)
Aoife had a great time staying with Rachel and Matthew. They were prompt with the communication providing pupdates over the weekend. They took a great care of our doggy, and all of her belongings also came back in excellent shape (which is not always the case with boarding). We will definitely use boarding with Rachel again, thank you!
Regina is a true dog lover. She treated and cared for our girl as if she were her own. She took excellent care of our dog and was accommodating of her quirks and routine. She was very communicative with updates and photos, and made sure to ask any questions that came up.
