“Aja was very loving and attentive to my senior rat terrier, Macey. Macey is a very nervous dog and is pretty timid in her old age. I was looking for someone to care for her where she would feel comfortable and at ease. Macey seemed calm when I went to get her after her one-night stay with Aja, her first Rover experience. Aja kept me well informed of how she was doing during her stay and provided me with pics of her. She seemed to be pretty calm when I picked her up, which made me feel good about her experience. I am grateful to Aja for her welcoming personality and her loving demeanor towards her guests and will be using her again for a longer stay soon!”

“We are so thankful for Jon! He did an INCREDIBLE job watching our pack of 4 poms over our wedding weekend! We have never used Rover before or left our dogs overnight and were pretty nervous. We even got on a call with Jon prior to booking and he was more than willing to answer our millions of questions. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times (we drove into NOLA from STL) and was so patient with my "helicopter parent" husband that wanted to set up their beds himself and was so anxious to leave them. Jon's house is also on a side street that made drop off really easy. We received multiple updates and the cutest photos the whole weekend! Our pack definitely had a great time. They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. It was very obvious that Jon loves dogs and took care of our fur babies like they were his own! When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. Jon, thank you so much for going above and beyond to take care of our poms while we got married! See you next year! (-:”
