About: I’ve always been an animal lover and dogs especially are the key to my heart. I love staying active so your dog will be running and walking with me consistently. Snuggles are a must and lots of fun activities will be happening when your dog is with me! I am starting PA school in the fall, so these next few months are my last to do what I love. I want to be outside and care for dogs who need some extra love! I want to make them a part of my everyday routine and show up for them if their owner’s are busy! I rescued a pitbull almost two years ago and he’s seriously my best friend. He was abandoned by his previous owners so I have really tried to always make him feel safe, wanted, and loved. About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs starting at age 8 with 4 Dobermans. I’ve always had a fur baby in my home and trained them myself. From a young age, I’m very comfortable with giving anyone’s pet the love and affection they deserve in moments when your schedule gets the best of you! Before I moved into my new apartment, I was up in the morning for my “Doggie and Me” walks. After class in the afternoon to feed and exercise her again, as well as nighttime potty time. I’m very flexible with my schedule meaning I’ll try my hardest to be there for your pet when you need it most. I no longer have a crate in my home or a fenced yard, however I’m happy to give your pet free range in my home with leased walks around the Uptown Neighborhood. Im comfortable with drop-in visits as well if your fur baby feels best in the comfort of their own home.

About: I was the go-to pet sitter in my hometown! I have recently moved to NOLA, and I’m hoping to meet and care for some awesome animals. I have been pet sitting since I was 12 and I have had my own for my whole life. I’m currently working part time as a cashier and substituting at a day care. Due to this, most of my days are pretty free. On working days I’m able to stop by before and after my shifts. To care for a pet in the clients home, I make sure that the animal feels safe and comfortable while the owner is away. I like to let the pet stay in a spot it is comfortable in and just sit with them for a little bit to make sure they trust and feel safe with me. I also prioritize keeping the home nice and neat and looking as good as you left it ! I’m always down to cuddle a furry friend.

About: Growing up with dogs, cats, and guinea pigs, I have a wide array of pet care experience for animal friends large and small. Frequent dogwalker and pet-sitter with extensive knowledge of care practices. I am a remote worker and student in my day-to-day life, so I can frequently care for pets in my off-time in between classes and while working at home. I will be open in my communication about any issues or special needs that pets will need and trust that clients will communicate any special needs to me.

About: When I was a child, I walked our dogs more that the rest of my family combined (a brother , sister, and parents). I had a coffee shop named after my Husky in Idaho (Cody's Cafe). To me, dogs play an extremely important role in our lives and I know how important your pet is; they are family. They also have their unique traits. My last dog was a very sweet pit bull mix that loved chasing squirrels and liked Cats. My current dog is a rescue Dane/Weimeraner Mix and is our world. He has been from Key West to the Alamo to Aspen and Taos and extremely sociable. I understand that every dog has its unique personality and I will learn as much as possible to make the experience a positive and rewarding one. Dogs need and demand attention and that reward works both ways. I am between jobs as my company suddenly closed with no notice so between jobs will be doing something I am passionate about, walking dogs. Pets safety is prime. When I walk dogs, they are my focus. If there are other dogs on the street, I am careful and understand that dog behavior can be unpredictable although I am very good at reading dog behavior. Some dogs may be fine 90% of the time, but that is too high an unknown to risk anyone's health. I want dogs to be comfortable on their walks but aware of dangers from cat poop to food that could jeapordize the dogs health.
