“Danielle watched our dog Finley while we were away on spring break. We both felt immediately comfortable with her on our first visit. He was very well cared for. I highly recommend her and will be using her again!”

“we love lindsey! she takes care of my fur babies so kindly. she sends pictures so you can see your little one is loving life which makes my day to see. i’d say book her up for everything, but not too much because margaritas and peaches need her attention and love just as well! 🤗”

“Cody does a great job!! Sebastian took right to her and I appreciate how caring she is. She provides thorough communication letting me know how he’s doing with each day. Makes it easier to be away from home when I know he is well cared for.”

About: Foster dog mom and dog sitter. Recently lost my beagle and miss pup time. I treat my friend’s dogs like my own and they actually encouraged me to start a profile. I like walking and don’t mind slow sniffers. I’m aware of squirrels and cats in my neighborhood and avoid them when necessary. I work full time but have availability evenings and weekends. Looking forward to long walks, tails wagging while sniffing and again meeting daily step goals. I have a small backyard and shotgun house which I own. I can crate if necessary but if your fur baby is trustworthy, I’m happy to let him or her free range guard my house during the day. The window facing the street is typically pretty entertaining. I got rid of my dog camera when Maggie passed away but may set an iPad up, again. Meet n Greets prior to a stay is a must, my foster dog is dog-shy at first but loves people.
“E is super attentive, responsive, respectful and overall a great with my dog! E sent thorough updates and pics to me while I was away and made me feel reassured Oreo was taken care of. I would definitely recommend and book for further outings. Thanks so much!!”

“Jude was a bit scared at first and hid in his kennel, but Cristina was really patient with him and they grew to be close friends! Thanks again Cristina”

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs starting at age 8 with 4 Dobermans. I’ve always had a fur baby in my home and trained them myself. From a young age, I’m very comfortable with giving anyone’s pet the love and affection they deserve in moments when your schedule gets the best of you! Before I moved into my new apartment, I was up in the morning for my “Doggie and Me” walks. After class in the afternoon to feed and exercise her again, as well as nighttime potty time. I’m very flexible with my schedule meaning I’ll try my hardest to be there for your pet when you need it most. I no longer have a crate in my home or a fenced yard, however I’m happy to give your pet free range in my home with leased walks around the Uptown Neighborhood. Im comfortable with drop-in visits as well if your fur baby feels best in the comfort of their own home.
“We can't say enough good things about Nycole. Our diabetic, kidney-compromised, 15 year old cat, Wylean, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, has been on a feeding tube since early November with a whole litany of medications. Nycole, a skilled and longterm vet tech, was able to give truly incredible, exhaustive care to Wylean for days, both during this latest stay to see my parents (my dad was and still is in the hospital for a broken hip) and during Christmas (to see my mother-in-law in hospice). Her three times a day updates were like something a seasoned vet would make, and Wylean was markedly better when we returned than when we left. She has gained the better part of a pound over the last month, and I credit Nycole for at least part of that. We will always be grateful. If we could leave one hundred stars, we would. A combination of empathy, high skill, talent, and an obvious, deep love for animals makes Nycole the best. Anyone hiring her is lucky, and we only hope we can hire her again for future trips. Thank you thank you thank you, Nycole!”

“Daphne cared for my 17 year old cat who required multiple medications, and needed lots of TLC. I would not hesitate to use her again, as she is mature, responsible, and doesn’t just do the bare minimum necessary. She really spent time with my cat, and I received lots of feedback and pictures.”

About: I have a calm demeanor that appeals to all sorts of animal personalities. In the past i’ve volunteered with Zues' Rescue and I’m generally the go to pet care friend :) I’m a school counselor, so during the school year I am available after school and on weekends. During the summer, I am available 24/7. I can make exceptions if I am on PTO, holidays, etc. I make sure to observe an animals natural routine. Where they like their toys to be, their food dishes, etc. I am especially understanding of animals who may have experienced trauma and have triggers; I make sure to meet them at their level when I approach, speak quietly, etc.
“Doc was great, communicative, and took good care of my cats while I was out of town. My house is clean and the kitties are happy! Would definitely use them for drop ins again!”

“Kate did an excellent job of checking in and ensuring my senior and 10-month old cats were OK while I was away on a trip. Would definitely book her again and recommend her services.”

About: I have several years of hands-on experience caring for small dogs, including a Bichon Frise and my 4-year-old Shih Tzu. I am responsible for feeding, grooming, bathing, walking, and maintaining a clean environment for my pets. I have also helped raise and care for her litter of puppies, including potty pad training, crate cleaning, feeding, grooming, and daily exercise. I understand the patience, consistency, and attention needed to keep dogs happy, healthy, and comfortable. I am also a volunteer at Zeus Rescues where I walk larger dogs to destress them and give them some air. I am currently at Tulane for the summer and have a lot of free time! I work a part time job on campus in the mornings, but have a very flexible schedule and am free most late afternoons on weekdays. I am free all weekends! Since I am in a dorm I am unable to house animals, but back home my puppies have plenty of blankets, beds, food, and outdoor space.

Cristina was awesome with our two kitties while we were on vacation this week! She’s very communicative and made sure to do all the random little tasks we asked her to do each morning/evening, as well as playing with the kitties. The cats were in great hands and seemed very happy and well cared for when we got home. Thank you Cristina!!!

Ashley was fantastic! We had a last minute cancellation with my dog’s sitter and Ashley was responsive and willing to watch her while we were out of town. I have a Rottweiler and she was very comfortable watching her and Daisy seemed to have a great time. I got detailed info on the check ins with lots of pics. Will definitely book again!

we love lindsey! she takes care of my fur babies so kindly. she sends pictures so you can see your little one is loving life which makes my day to see. i’d say book her up for everything, but not too much because margaritas and peaches need her attention and love just as well! 🤗

Samantha is fantastic at communicating regarding her schedule and not taking on more than she’s able. She is a stable, fun loving caretaker and follows all instructions. She took wonderful care of my cat and sent sweet photos documenting her time with him. It helped me to enjoy my travels, knowing she was looking after my beloved pet.

Liz was wonderful. We are first time Rover users and were very nervous to take a weekend trip and utilize the platform. We have 2 senior cats, one with a chronic condition requiring medicine administration and a little extra tlc. Liz’s communication from the start was great. She was professional, accommodating, and worked with our furbabies to make them feel comfortable. I’m really happy with her service, would highly recommend, and would book again!
