Becks was amazing and super communicative the entire time I was away! I loved all the updates and photos that were provided, really made me feel like I was right at home. I would highly recommend Becks for your cat or dog needs. Couldn't ask for anyone better!
Becks was an incredible sitter. Super communicative and even went above and beyond when our cat got sick.
I'm not very happy with the services that Becks provided. First of all, I asked if their cat would be okay with my dog and I was assured that 'yes'. But then during the very first night, it happened that the cat was very aggressive towards Luna and they had to take my dog somewhere else. After that pretty much every single day Becks was asking if I was going to pick up my dog earlier even though I paid for the entire service. It was super frustrating to deal with it while being away out of town and not even able to coordinate finding a new sitter. Finally, she asked me how to stop Luna barking which was a weird question I never received from anyone on Rover in 10 years. So I decided to terminate the stay 3 days earlier and asked someone to pick Luna up. I don't recommend Becks and think she should learn some professional etiquette and shouldn't offer dog-sitting services if their cat is not friendly.
Thank you for taking care of kitty even when she was being fussy. Greatly appreciated the regular updates and consistent communication
