We even got on a call with Jon prior to booking and he was more than willing to answer our millions of questions. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times (we drove into NOLA from STL) and was so patient with my "helicopter parent" husband that wanted to set up their beds himself and was so anxious to leave them. Jon's house is also on a side street that made drop off really easy. We received multiple updates and the cutest photos the whole weekend! Our pack definitely had a great time. They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. It was very obvious that Jon loves dogs and took care of our fur babies like they were his own! When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. “Bianca was great! She made a real effort with my kitties while I was gone for about 2 weeks. They played a lot, loved getting brushed and got many treats. Bianca left my house clean, all litter changed and swept up. During the visit, our keypad battery started giving a "low battery signal," Bianca let us know, and offered to change it. I provided directions and she was able to figure it out seemslely and change the batteries at the next visit to prevent any distribution to kitty care. She watered our plants, too! Would recommend Bianca for your cat sitting needs.”

About: I grew up raising dogs and cats in my household. Since 2010 I've adopted pets on my own, cats and a dog. I currently have one cat I rescued as a kitten three years ago and a dog who loves to play that I rescued 2 years ago from a shelter. About: I was the go-to pet sitter in my hometown! I have recently moved to NOLA, and I’m hoping to meet and care for some awesome animals. I have been pet sitting since I was 12 and I have had my own for my whole life. I’m currently working part time as a cashier and substituting at a day care. Due to this, most of my days are pretty free. On working days I’m able to stop by before and after my shifts. To care for a pet in the clients home, I make sure that the animal feels safe and comfortable while the owner is away. Juno stayed at his house for 7 days, and his communication was amazing from start to finish. He sent regular updates and pictures of Juno playing with the other dogs, and seeing how happy and comfortable he looked gave me so much peace of mind. It meant everything to know Juno was safe, social, and well cared for while I was away. He came home happy and relaxed, which says it all. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds my whole life. As a teenager, I began taking care of dogs for folks in town that would go on vacation. Since then, I’ve often been the go-to guy for several friends and family that trusted me with their beloved pets. I’ve always found it natural to get along with dogs, even dogs that I was told didn’t generally take to strangers well. About: We are a small family with a super friendly lab-hound mix named Charlie. Charlie loves to play with other dogs and is generous with his space and toys. Our six-year-old daughter loves meeting new animals, too. Our home is fenced all around so the dogs have a circle run as well as the backyard and front porch to play and relax. We travel and have used Rover for our dog and we’re happy to be on the other side hosting and caring for your pet. I have volunteer experience with multiple animal shelters and experience caring for both healthy pets and animals with special needs. The other side of our double shotgun is currently unoccupied so we have additional space to separate dogs if need be.
