She wanted to do a meet and greet before which I really appreciated. She always responded right away to any messages I sent, and she kept in touch daily sending pictures of Flynn! He was the only dog she had at the time which was perfect. I would love to be able to have Flynn stay with her again and would absolutely recommend her care to anyone with a special needs dog! “Rachel and Michael were wonderful! They took care of Missy over the holidays and clearly gave her a lot of love! They send sweet pictures and or videos daily. They were extremely responsive and reliable. They set up Missy for success by scheduling a meet and greet for our pups before the boarding period. They were also super flexible. My flight back to the city was canceled and I last minute needed an extra day of care for Missy and they accommodated this last minute change which was very kind. Overall, I felt relaxed and reassured in my travels knowing Missy was being cared for by Rachel and Michael!”

We couldn’t be happier with Myk! He took our Labradoodle, Juno, on very short notice, and from the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in great hands. Myk kept us updated throughout Juno’s stay with plenty of photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. He was always quick to reply whenever we reached out and made the whole experience completely stress-free. Juno looked like he had an absolute blast playing with Myk’s Lab, Izzy, and even spending time around his cat, Peri. It was obvious he was comfortable, well cared for, and treated like part of the family. Seeing how happy Juno was made all the difference. If you’re looking for someone who is kind, dependable, communicative, and genuinely loves animals, I highly recommend Myk. My wife and I took a last minute trip to New Orleans over the weekend while traveling with our corgi. We hadn't planned for boarding but reached out to Michael with a late request. Michael agreed and was great communicating his availablity and options for caring for Kosmo. Michael was very welcoming and took great care of Kosmo. Michael was very communicative during Kosmo's visit and sent pics during his stay. Many thanks as this allowed us flexibility to explore the city!
Rachel and Matt were fantastic. Our dog is a challenge because he is at risk of seizures, which require regular medication. That would be enough, but he is also a very bossy, reactive herding dog. None of that was a problem for Rachel and Matt, who took it all in stride. They kept us informed and took good care of our pup. They were wonderful.
Thank you Roxanne for taking such great care of Milo duing our vacation. Sometimes Milo can be anxious when we pick him up which means he was nervous during the stay, however, he was happy and calm when we got him. So I know he enjoyed being with you and your family. Again, thank you!
Brittany was yet again magnificent - and that was no short feat given my dog’s needs this trip. My senior dog has had some aging health issues lately that flared up in a never before seen way during this sitting session. Brittany kept me totally in the loop, dealt with the insanity with deep care, and problem solved to get to a place where my pup was able to be so incredibly comfortable for the majority. A million thanks wouldn’t be enough.
