I had an emergency situation come up and needed somebody to look after my 3 dogs for an ambiguous amount of time (I did not know if I was going to be looking at a daycare sitch or a multi-day stay.) I made a reservation and sent a message to Emily after midnight on a Thursday about coordinating for the next morning and she responded immediately!!! She really reeeeeeeally helped me out of a jam, and even came to pick my kids up for me so I could begin to address my situation right away, even though I am staying well out of her way! She is a doll, and her own pups are a hoot! I couldn’t recommend her more! While living and working on the road it is incredibly stressful to address the contingency where you may not be able to attend to your babies, my dogs and my cat are with me 100% of the time and I have often found myself fretting about what to do, should something happen to me. Emily swooped right in and put my mind well at ease so that I could address my own needs without the weight of worrying!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and they’ve always been my favorite kind of company. I’m patient and keep things calm and low-key. I only watch one dog at a time, so you can rest assured that I will treat your dog as if they were my own. Since I work remotely, your dog won’t be left alone much and will get attention throughout the day. I make sure to follow whatever routine helps your dog feel most comfortable. Happy to send you photos and updates throughout the day as well. I’m flexible with pickup and drop off times. I will be with your pup all day, and they’ll get plenty of attention throughout the day. About: I grew up raising dogs and cats in my household. Since 2010 I've adopted pets on my own, cats and a dog. I currently have one cat I rescued as a kitten three years ago and a dog who loves to play that I rescued 2 years ago from a shelter. About: We are a small family with a super friendly lab-hound mix named Charlie. Charlie loves to play with other dogs and is generous with his space and toys. Our six-year-old daughter loves meeting new animals, too. Our home is fenced all around so the dogs have a circle run as well as the backyard and front porch to play and relax. I have several crates that I can setup for dogs that need them or if you don't want to transport your own. I follow the owners lead if dogs are allowed on furniture, but if so, they are welcome to cuddle on the couch. I prefer that dogs sleep in their own bed, one of my loaner beds or a crate. I will honor the owners feeding schedule as to make the transition easy for everyone. I do have 2 cats in the home who have grown up around dogs their whole life and are generally ambivalent to them. I send daily photo updates and generally treat your baby as my own while in my care.

About: After a tragically pet-free childhood, I've spent the last 20 years seeking out any opportunity to care for animals—from free dog walking for friends and cat-sitting for vacationing pals to hiking with hounds and being a designated vet chauffeur. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds my whole life. As a teenager, I began taking care of dogs for folks in town that would go on vacation. Since then, I’ve often been the go-to guy for several friends and family that trusted me with their beloved pets. I’ve always found it natural to get along with dogs, even dogs that I was told didn’t generally take to strangers well. I’m more than happy to take care of all your dogsitting needs and hope to become your pup’s new best friend! I currently live a very pet friendly lifestyle. I can provide care during morning, afternoon, or evening hours. I can easily fit my schedule around the needs of your pets as I am frequently out in the neighborhood parks and on walks with friends both quad- and bi-pedal alike. I understand how different dogs can be in personality and energy, and can provide care accordingly. I'm just as comfortable lounging around the house as I am walking to the park or just wandering the neighborhood. I am sensitive to the needs of your pets and am always willing to assist in providing proper care when it comes to feeding for your pet or attending to their basic needs. If your pet has a specific diet or routine that needs to be attended to I am happy to give you my full effort to make them feel at home.

I originally scheduled a daycare appointment that I cancelled that morning due to my dog appearing sick. Once I saw he was ok, I contacted Megan to ask if I could bring him since he was feeling better and it was no problem. She took pictures of my dog while he was there, got him to eat, and provided updates. Would highly recommend.”
