About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and they’ve always been my favorite kind of company. I’m patient and keep things calm and low-key. I usually watch just one dog at a time, so you can rest assured that I will treat your dog as if they were my own. Since I work remotely, your dog won’t be left alone much and will get attention throughout the day. I make sure to follow whatever routine helps your dog feel most comfortable. Happy to send you photos and updates throughout the day as well. I’m flexible with pickup and drop off times. I will be with your pup all day, and they’ll get plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s routine. If they’re a high energy dog, they’ll get long walks. If they’re a senior or low energy, I’ll take them on shorter walks or just let them sniff in the yard.

“It can be hard to find sitters willing to help with challenging dogs, and I have a very sweet pup who, unfortunately, has some separation anxiety that means she can’t be left home alone at this point. Julia agreed to watch her for some daycare while my husband and I attended a family birthday party, and she also was great about setting up a Meet and Greet about a week beforehand so that Sable could be introduced to Julia and her own pups. Julia sent pictures and updates while we were away, and I appreciated her honesty when I asked how Sable did. About: I have welcomed dogs into my family for the past 25 years living in New Orleans, and have loved caring for them as they have certainly cared for me too! I work from home most days of the week and am rarely gone for more than a few hours for in-person meetings. I provide lots of walks along the greenway and time in my fenced yard too. I have toys for stimulation such as puzzles and can play hide and seek with toys, treats, and me! I am happy to continue implementing your schedule and use your key words and phrases to maintain training while your pup is with me. I also enjoy taking my dog Conor to City Bark where he plays with other dogs and gets a nice bath. I am happy to bring your dog there too if they are able to go. I work from home and occasionally take meetings out of my house. Those usually are not more than a few hours. Once a week I go into my office from 8-4 but come home at lunch to walk my dog Conor. I have three boys that are in school who live with me every other week. I do a school drop off and pick up every other week for one of them around 7:15 am and again around 3:00 pm. I keep my dog on a predictable schedule of feeding and walks and provide toys for stimulation. I always keep fresh water available both inside and outside so that they are not dehydrated. I am divorced and have my sons every other week. They are in middle and high school and are confident and comfortable around dogs. However, your dog will be cared for by me. I previously worked full time as a Veterinary Assistant at MedVet in New Orleans, so I have knowledge of more extensive animal care and can provide care for animals with special needs. • I offer drop in visits and dog walking, and occasionally boarding as well. • If Im visiting your home for drop in visits or walks, I offer 30 or 60 minute dog walks depending on you and your dogs preference, (longer walks are available upon request), as well as playtime, feeding and watering all pets, cleaning litter boxes, watering plants, and bringing in mail! If you’d like grooming services I can provide that as well, such as: brushing, bathing, or nail trims. • I have for dogs: toys, treats, extra leashes, 4 water stations, a BIG secure yard, puppy pads, 1 large crate if needed for bedtime, spare beds, and grooming supplies. 🐕 • I have for cats: cat tower, multiple scratching posts, toys, 5 litter boxes stationed around the house, 1 water fountain and spare bowls, treats, spare beds, and crates for transportation. 🐈⬛ I can pick up or drop off your pet if that would work better with your schedule.
