About: I grew up with pet dogs. I've since become a "cat lady" but continue to love dogs. Out on neighborhood walks I have to stop and pet every dog and cat I meet! There's nothing like a bright dog face and and a wagging tail or a cat purring and rubbing against my legs! I'm recently retired and have lots of time to spend taking care of your pets. About: I’ve grown up alongside dogs and other animals and helped take care of them since I was young. When I was sixteen, my family adopted our puppy Sal at eight weeks old, and it was my responsibility to take care of him, train him, and love on him. From there, I volunteered at Almost Home animal shelter in Van Buren for two years, where I walked dogs of all sizes and weights, played with them, fed and cared for them, and cleaned out their kennels and bowls. As of now, I’m living away from my family dog since I’m in college, but I’m helping a friend of mine walk and train her newly adopted Cane Corso (she’s a sweetie). I’ve watched dogs for friends and family all through the years, as well. As far as cats go, I’ve loved them since I was a kid, and I adopted one two years ago! His name is Walter, he’s a tabby and the sweetest boy alive, and I love taking care of him, even if he shreds my arms sometimes. Pets need love and patience, and that’s exactly what I have for them. :) I’m currently out of college classes for the summer, so my schedule is very flexible! I can work with any requests you send me, so long as we have ample time to discuss everything you’re looking for. I can easily adapt to your pet’s regular schedule, including mealtimes, bedtime, medication, if they need to be crated, playtimes, etc. The comfort and happiness of your pet is my first focus.

About: I grew up in Texas with two dogs and two cats. And I’ve had my currently dog, Theo, since he was 5 weeks old. And I also have experience with an elderly dog with diabetes needs. I am in grad school as well as a research assistant. I make my own hours making my schedule flexible. I’m excited to meet new pets. I will keep your space clean and allow your pet the most comfortable experience I can I am in grad school and a research assistant. I have class MWF 9-10 am. Then TTh 11-12:15 &2-3:15. I create my own hours for research. So otherwise I am normally flexible on time! I love going on walks with dogs, time/distance depending on breed and age.
