About: I've loved and cared for farm animals, cats, and dogs from tiny to giant, young to mature. I am sensitive and observant and pay careful attention to body language and what an animal needs. I am also energetic and playful, and I love to get to know different animals! I'm self-employed and work part-time, so I have a flexible schedule to tend to your animals, whether they need care multiple times or only once daily. I treat others' homes and pets as I'd want mine to be treated, caring for them with respect and aiming to leave them at least as good as I found them.

“Vera did a wonderful job staying at our house caring for our 2 dogs and 1 cat. She followed our directions and kept to the routine for the pets. One of our dogs is a senior dog and she did wonderfully with her and administered her medication! The pets loved her! She did a great job checking in often and sharing pictures and updates. It was our first time using Rover and she did a wonderful job making this a positive experience for us and our pets. We would recommend and hope to have her pet sit for us again in the future.”

I am PackPro certified in dog group management, body language, and first aid, meaning your pup will be safe, comfortable, and happy in my care. I can administer medication- from pills, to inhalers, to insulin. I give baths, trim nails, clean ears and more. I am happy to do anything to make your pup feel as comfortable as possible while you are away. Nothing is too silly! My personal pup is a Lab named Parker. I also love cats, and currently have 2 of my own. I am confident I can answer your questions and give you peace of mind that your fur baby is in great hands. I am available to check on your pups multiple times a day, from 11 am- 11 pm. If I’m available to book, I’ll be there! I am currently not offering pet sitting in my own home, but I would love to take care of your pet in the comfort of your own! I am confident administering medication if needed. I will do everything I can to keep things normal for your pet while you are away. Nothing is too extra for me! I bring cold, distilled water on walks I love to send pictures and pup-dates throughout the day!

About: I have taken care of dogs and other pets since I was old enough to do so. Taking care of pets is my first priority. I currently have a senior dog and a young dog and know how to take care of both. Pet care is a very important part of my day, I make sure that my dog is taken care of above and beyond, and I will do the exact same to any pet. I care for pets in my home very deeply; they are like my children, and I treat them as such. I make sure that they have everything they need: food, play time, walks, and enrichment. I also firmly correct and discipline if needed.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for four years. I started just letting dogs out, walking, and feeding, but now I do overnight stays! I have multiple repeat clients both for walking and overnights. I sit all types of pets from dogs to cats to rabbits or even fish! I am going off to college in fall of 2029 at the University of Arkansas where I will reside August-November and January-May. I will be available in Louisville, KY, Jeffersonville, IN, and surrounding areas May-August. I work part-time as a barista and lifeguard, generally with shifts from 10:45am-3:30pm in the summer months. I spend most of my free time with the pets I sit! I am able to walk dogs for as long as needed (mine go for 3 miles)!! I am able to play with them in a fenced in yard as well and can follow any other safety instructions provided (crating, etc.).
