I have sat dogs for friends on deployment, taken care of mixed pet households (including cats and dogs), cared for senior and disabled dogs, and have experience caring for a wide range of non-traditional pets as well. I'm currently a stay-at-home dad to a wonderful daughter, and my partner works from home, so I have flexibility in my daily and weekly schedules. I understand that different pets need different care and support. Have a super energetic dog? I love playing fetch and going on long walks. Have a kitty that needs silence and space? About: I have worked at a Vet Clinic as well as taken care of dogs, cats, and livestock my whole life. I love the animal industry and have always had a passion for animal advocacy! With working in the Vet Clinic I have been able to learn all kinds of things like administering medication, knowing signs of distress, proper cleaning, and many other things. I do student teach on Mondays and Tuesday all day so those days would be longer between being let out! I am currently a college senior at the University of Arkansas. I am currently student teaching at prairie grove high school two days out of the week. The rest of the week I will be working at Brickcity but have a flexible schedule where I can check on pets during the day before, during, or after my shifts! I student teach on Mondays and Tuesdays so those would be longer between being let out! Since I have been involved in a veterinary clinic I know when animals might be not feeling well or need medical attention. I am able to crate a dog as well as give them appropriate walks. I love playing and entertaining dogs as well.

About: I’ve grown up alongside dogs and other animals and helped take care of them since I was young. When I was sixteen, my family adopted our puppy Sal at eight weeks old, and it was my responsibility to take care of him, train him, and love on him. From there, I volunteered at Almost Home animal shelter in Van Buren for two years, where I walked dogs of all sizes and weights, played with them, fed and cared for them, and cleaned out their kennels and bowls. As of now, I’m living away from my family dog since I’m in college, but I’m helping a friend of mine walk and train her newly adopted Cane Corso (she’s a sweetie). I’ve watched dogs for friends and family all through the years, as well. As far as cats go, I’ve loved them since I was a kid, and I adopted one two years ago! His name is Walter, he’s a tabby and the sweetest boy alive, and I love taking care of him, even if he shreds my arms sometimes. Pets need love and patience, and that’s exactly what I have for them. :) I’m currently in college, so while I have a couple of busy days (Mon., Tue., Thur.,) the rest of my week is very free! And I always have plenty of time for sitting. I can easily adapt to your pet’s regular schedule, including mealtimes, bedtime, medication, if they need to be crated, playtimes, etc. The comfort and happiness of your pet is my first focus.

About: Hey! My name is Camilla, I go by Rosie. I am a big animal lover! I am a sophomore in college and would love to take care of your fur baby! Growing up I have always had either a cat or a dog in my home. I currently have two dogs (Martha and Augie) and one cat (Sirius Black). In the past and currently I have helped pet sit for friends, family members and those in my community! Because of my past of having both cats and dogs I have prior knowledge on both species and how to take care of them. I have worked with dogs that can be a bit territorial and cats that seem a bit defensive when it comes to new people, from those experiences I have learned how to handle situations in a manner that relieve the stress of both the animal and care taker. My dog Augie is young and I have taught him all of his commands in French! My other dog Martha is older in age, from watching her grow in age since being a puppy I have learned the behaviors of older dogs and how to take care of their needs so they feel comfortable. I have given medication to dogs and cats before and understand the importance of keeping them happy and healthy. I am sophomore in college and currently not working a full time job. Which gives me free time to be able to help take care of your fur babies! My availability can be flexible and I can be available during the day or evenings for both weekdays and weekends. Times may vary, Monday mostly during the day and evening but I will be able to check in on both cats and dogs twice a day at least. More if needed. Would love to discuss more information if needed. I can assure you that your home will be treated with the most up respect and cleanliness. When checking in on your pet I will make sure that they will have clean water and food. If they make a mess or have an accident I will clean it up and make sure they are left in a clean environment. With the knowledge of taking care of dogs and cats in the past I understand the seriousness of making sure nothing is in reach of them getting into something they shouldn’t.
