About: I’ve had pets my entire life and currently have a cat, so caring for animals has always been a part of my daily routine. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, cleaning up after pets, and making sure they feel safe and loved. I pay attention to their behavior and needs so I can keep them happy and comfortable. I truly enjoy being around animals and treating them like my own. For the last 3 years I have fostered puppies from Best friends and Paws and Claws on and off! Monday – Friday: Open availability Weekends: Open / depends on dates Flexible with times and short notice bookings Open to mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends depending on needs and scheduling availability. I care for pets by sticking closely to their normal routine feeding them on time, going on walks, playing with them, and giving them plenty of attention. I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and not stressed while you’re away. I pay attention to their behavior and needs so I can adjust and make them feel at ease. Whether I’m caring for them in my home or yours, I try to keep things calm and familiar so they feel right at home. I treat every pet like my own and genuinely enjoy making sure they’re happy and well cared for.
About: My latest Dog Family is very important to me. I've been watching them for two years now and I just found out one of the dogs is pregnant. And the owners are allowing me to experience the pregnancy with them and watch and take care of the expecting mother and watch the puppies. I work part time at Invison Eyecare. I am very Flexible with my schedule if you need last minute dog sitting I can do it. I live in an apartment in Fayetteville. I live right next to the dog park. Plenty of space in my apartment and at my parents house we have three acres in the country for them to play around. I have two roommates Addy and Allen R. who are never home. And most importantly I have a Goldendoodle named Charlie that is the sweetest with humans and other animals. Hi! I’m Emily! 🐾 I work full-time Monday–Friday from 8 AM–5 PM, but outside of work I love caring for pets and helping their owners feel comfortable while they’re away. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets and your home in someone else’s care. My goal is to give you the peace of mind to actually enjoy your trip knowing that your pets are safe, loved, and being treated like they’re my own. I’m happy to follow their normal routines, give them plenty of attention and cuddles, and keep you updated with pictures and messages while you’re I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets and your home in someone else’s care. I’m happy to follow their normal routines, give them plenty of attention and cuddles, and keep you updated with pictures and messages while you’re gone. I also understand that house sitting means taking care of more than just your pets. I’ll make sure your home is kept safe and looked after while you’re away, so you can come home to happy pets and everything just as you left it. Whether your pet wants lots of attention or just someone nearby to make them feel comfortable, I’m happy to meet them where they are. ❤️
About: I will take care of your pets like my own. I've taken care of dogs with dietary issues, hip/spine injuries, infections and open wound care, drainage, post-surgical care. I feel comfortable administring medications and cleaning/dressing wounds (ears eyes paws and mouth included) as prescribed by Vet. I've taken care of seniors and puppies, various sizes 15-180lb, various breeds. I have handled all personalities - sweet, outgoing, too friendly, curious, anxious, escape artists, reactive and aggressive pups. I looove BIG PAWS! XXL dogs are my favorite! I can teach some basic training commands and work on leash reactivity and pulling. I would like to do a meet and greet with you and your pet(s) for 10 minutes before scheduling care (this familiarity will help your pet feel at ease, instead of a total stranger trying to walk them or enter their home). I can room/board established nonreactive clients (must be ok with small animals and kids) on a case by case basis. I unfortunately cannot care for cats due to severe allergies/asthma. (But will gladly pet them while holding my breath!) Unrelated, but I can also water and prune your plants. Whatever you need, I'll make it work. I'm free on weekends, m/w/f, and mornings+evenings on t/th. I will consider boarding non-reactive non-feline animals, must be discussed in advance. I start the day with a scrubbed clean water bowl. Then we can play with toys, throw ball, go outside on a slow stroll, walk, or run, all depending on the pet's needs. Your pets will get to enjoy outside time, sniff as much as they please. If your dog's recall is reliable, I can discuss off-leash time, but only with consent, and only after the dog is an established client. If you are comfortable with it, I will drive them to nearby wooded parks so they can sniff to their heart's content. Whatever your pet needs and wants, is what I will provide. I will care for them like I do for mine.

“Ally did a great job taking care of our 3 cats over a long holiday weekend. She was communicative and made sure each cat was accounted for while we were away. We had no concerns. Would highly recommend her!”

About: I work from home most days of the week, so your dog or cat would have a buddy throughout the day! I have experience with all breeds, sizes, and ages of dogs. My own dog takes medications and so I am very familiar with giving medications and watching for any medical distress. I have one cat, so dogs must be good with cats/small animals. My dog, Pippin, loves to play and we go on multiple off leash walks throughout the day. I love animals and will love your pets like they are mine! My dog, Pippin, has separation anxiety so I understand how to comfort and care for dogs that get a little nervous without their owner. I worked in a veterinary clinic with dogs and cat. I am comfortable handling dogs of all sorts of sizes and ages and am relaxed and intuitive in possible stressful situations. I am very gentle with animals and believe positive reinforcement is the way to go to get the best results and to form a fun and trusting relationship. I am active and would love to take your high energy dogs out for a long run or hike in the area. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I work full-time, primarily from home. I have time to take walks any time through out the day and currently take my own dog on 2-3 walks a day, with a hike every other day. I have a very friendly dog who loves to play and relax. I take him on hikes and walks daily. I also have a dog-savvy cat.
“Jocelyn was so great with my babies. She gave them all of the attention and care that I would have and treated them like her own. She was great with communication and was able to sit with them on short notice.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for about six years, and I’m definitely the person who gets way too excited when there’s a dog at someone’s house. I’ve cared for dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities for friends, family, and neighbors- whether that means walks, feeding, baths, playtime, or just keeping them company while their people are gone. I’m really good about following routines and instructions because I know every dog has their own little quirks. Mostly, I just want your pet to feel safe, loved, and like they got to have a fun day too. As a college student, my schedule has a good amount of flexibility throughout the week, which makes pet care easy to work into my routine. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and longer visits around my classes, and I’m happy to coordinate with your pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible. I also have more availability on evenings and weekends. I know having someone care for your pet also means trusting them in your home, so I take that responsibility seriously. I’ll always follow your instructions closely, keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible, and make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. I’m also respectful of your home and happy to send updates and pictures so you never have to wonder how things are going.

About: I have raised and trained my own family dog since I was 11. Neighbors, family members, and friends have trusted me to look after and care for their pets of all sizes (cats and dogs). I fostered a 2 year old dog for a few weeks until she got adopted. I am a HUGEEE dog lover of all breeds, sizes (grew up with an 80 lb pitbull lab mix), and ages. I’m currently a college student athlete at the University of Arkansas so I am usually busy during weekday mornings, but have a lot of free time in the afternoons. I usually go on walks in the afternoon/evening anyways, so why not take a dog on my walk! I prioritize each pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, keep pets supervised at all times, and make sure they are in a safe and secure environment during walks. I also pay attention to their behavior and needs, communicate with owners about how their pet is doing, and treat every pet with patience, care, and respect.

About: Hi! I’m a reliable and experienced pet sitter with a very flexible schedule and an active lifestyle. I love being outdoors and spending time walking, playing, and exploring with dogs. I live on acreage with plenty of open space and private trails where your dog can get lots of exercise and fresh air. I’m happy to walk dogs leashed or unleashed—whatever you prefer and feel most comfortable with. If your dog is more of a couch potato than an athlete, that’s perfectly fine too! I have plenty of experience with older, calm, and low-energy pets and am happy to match whatever pace fits your dog’s personality—whether that’s an adventure walk or just relaxing together at home. I have dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. I treat every dog like part of my family and make sure they get the attention and routine they need. Communication is a top priority for me. About: Hey! My name is Camilla, I go by Rosie. I am a big animal lover! I am a sophomore in college and would love to take care of your fur baby! Growing up I have always had either a cat or a dog in my home. I currently have two dogs (Martha and Augie) and one cat (Sirius Black). In the past and currently I have helped pet sit for friends, family members and those in my community! Because of my past of having both cats and dogs I have prior knowledge on both species and how to take care of them. I have worked with dogs that can be a bit territorial and cats that seem a bit defensive when it comes to new people, from those experiences I have learned how to handle situations in a manner that relieve the stress of both the animal and care taker. My dog Augie is young and I have taught him all of his commands in French! My other dog Martha is older in age, from watching her grow in age since being a puppy I have learned the behaviors of older dogs and how to take care of their needs so they feel comfortable. I have given medication to dogs and cats before and understand the importance of keeping them happy and healthy. I am sophomore in college and currently not working a full time job. Which gives me free time to be able to help take care of your fur babies! My availability can be flexible and I can be available during the day or evenings for both weekdays and weekends. Times may vary, Monday mostly during the day and evening but I will be able to check in on both cats and dogs twice a day at least. More if needed. Would love to discuss more information if needed. I can assure you that your home will be treated with the most up respect and cleanliness. When checking in on your pet I will make sure that they will have clean water and food. If they make a mess or have an accident I will clean it up and make sure they are left in a clean environment. With the knowledge of taking care of dogs and cats in the past I understand the seriousness of making sure nothing is in reach of them getting into something they shouldn’t.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
