“Jessica was amazing with our cats! We got an update with photos after every visit, complete with details on who met her at the door and who was being loud and who was a bit shy. By the end of the week, she managed to make friends with our super timid cat, who other pet sitters sometimes never even saw. All cats were happy with her!”
About: At every party, I go find the fur baby to hang out with. I have experience training puppies (nothing formal), adopting skittish strays, and my last dog lived to be 16! There is no mess, behavior, or age I am unwilling to work with. If your animal needs space, exercise or cuddles, I am your girl. I am available all times, any day of the week. My work is mostly remote with my own laptop and I make my own hours. Each pet is unique and I will work with you to make sure I can care for them as respectfully as possible. I believe in boundaries and consent and that extends to your home and your animals.
About: I have house-sat and cared for both dogs and cats, as well growing up and having animals living with me almost my whole life (both my own and roomate’s pets). I have had to administer medicine to both dogs and cats in the past while taking care of them, and am comfortable with doing so. Drop-In Visits: Weekdays, I can typically provide these in the very early morning (630am) and evening (after 5pm). Weekends I will usually have more flexibility. House Sitting: I typically work full time during the week (Monday-Friday), so I am gone 10-11 hours total (up to 45 minute commute each way, and then an 9 hour shift). When you request a booking, I will make sure to give you more specific details on what my schedule looks like during your dates if it varies from my normal availability. I will treat your pet and your home with the same care and respect I would treat my own! I know pets are like family, and I want you to know they are in good hands!
“Lauren was wonderful! She sent very helpful updates at every visit about how my babies were doing. I could tell from the photos they enjoyed being around her. So nice to know your pets are being cared for when you can’t be there with them.”

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I provide dedicated, compassionate care for dogs and cats at every stage of life. My home is currently shared with a cherished 15-year-old senior dog and two energetic cats, giving me hands-on, daily experience with both canine and feline needs. I deeply understand the specialized attention, patience, and medical pacing required for aging seniors, as well as the playfulness and boundaries needed for younger pets. Whether administering senior care or managing multi-pet dynamics, I treat every animal with the same high standard of safety, affection, and respect I give my own. I work an AM shift Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Available 10am-11pm Sunday, Thursday, and Friday. Available 6pm-10pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday I have 2 cats and a small dog, they can be put into rooms. I have an unfenced yard, and a park nearby. I have treats, food, water, doggie bags, toys, leashes, and a crate. I can play with your pets, feed them, walk them, pet them, clean up after them, etc.
About: I love dogs. Always have had one. Our last one passed after 13 years of happiness! Looking to fulfill my love of dogs by taking care of yours! You can be confident that your family member is in outstanding, loving hands. I have been a teacher for 27 years. My schedule allows me to be home when most need someone to take care of their pet. Fenced in yard, crate available, if requested. I will treat your pet as if it was my own. No other animals so yours will get sole attention. Security cameras installed.
“Linda was great! We reached out last minute and on a holiday no less and she was timely, communicative, and very friendly. She went above and beyond and even texted hours later to check in on our fur babies. Would absolutely recommend!”

About: I provide fun playtime and activities. I have been a lifelong pet owner in the past of Cinnamon, a rescued soft coated wheaten terrier whom we adopted since he was 3 months old. I currently assist my husband with his flooring business preparing emails with estimates and details about the process. My time is certainly flexible due to being an assistant. I do not own a fenced yard, but I live in a safe neighborhood where one can walk on the sidewalks without worrying about other animals being aggressive. There’s several people who own small dogs.
About: I have always loved being around animals of all kinds but especially dogs! My aunt owned a pet grooming business when I was younger, so my love of dogs grew further there. I grew up with several breeds of dogs in my family, including shitzus, boxers, german shepherds, mastiffs & more! I now have two of my own pups, Ollan, a high energy goldendoodle and Maika, a high energy German shepherd! I currently work from home full time so my schedule is flexible for loving your pets! I like to take my dogs on a mile walk every morning before work. We usually go to a park to play ball or a creek when it’s nice out as well! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities! I have worked with dog trainers to ensure the safety of all pets in my care at all time.
“Emily was absolutely terrific with our pups! Our usual sitter wasn’t available when we decided to take an impromptu trip, but Emily was able to do a last minute request and knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend her to anyone!”

About: I've always had a love for dogs! And thankfully I have friends and family that trust me to house sit while they are out of town. I do have another part-time job, its very early in the morning. So my availability will be open after 3pm. Monday-Saturday. Sundays are completely open. For my friends and family its usually at their place, I myself live alone so would have completely no distraction. Also live very close to a dog park.
“Aly was an amazing sitter! I would give her over 5 stars if I could. She was highly communicative and super friendly. She gave me updates on my sweet cat Salem throughout her sit so I had peace of mind while I was away.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cave Springs
Aubrey was absolutely incredible. We had severe weather come through during the booking, and she handled everything calmly and professionally without missing a beat. On top of that, our German Shepherd can be very picky about people, but she warmed up to her right away which says a lot. She kept us updated, made sure the dogs were well cared for, and gave us lots of photos. It’s not easy to find someone who can win over a difficult dog, but she did it naturally. Would book her again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
