About: I grew up in a family where our dogs (specifically Labradors) were equal members of the family, and spending time with them is a treasured part of my childhood memories. I grew up around dog care, and while every pup is different, the basics of dog care are intuitive for me. As an adult I am the proud “parent” of two lively, playful cats, who have taught me to expand my pet care knowledge and skills. I do commute to northeastern Oklahoma and back each weekday for work, but I can always plan around early morning visits or nighttime visits (after 7pm). Weekends are much more flexible for me. Regardless of the day or time, visiting with your pet is the best part of my day! It is my policy to treat your pets with the same care, respect, and love as I treat my own. I ensure to carefully uphold any routines or regimens that you establish for your pet with an interest to maintaining a sense of stability and normalcy for them in your absence. About: I’ve grown up alongside dogs and other animals and helped take care of them since I was young. When I was sixteen, my family adopted our puppy Sal at eight weeks old, and it was my responsibility to take care of him, train him, and love on him. From there, I volunteered at Almost Home animal shelter in Van Buren for two years, where I walked dogs of all sizes and weights, played with them, fed and cared for them, and cleaned out their kennels and bowls. As of now, I’m living away from my family dog since I’m in college, but I’m helping a friend of mine walk and train her newly adopted Cane Corso (she’s a sweetie). I’ve watched dogs for friends and family all through the years, as well. As far as cats go, I’ve loved them since I was a kid, and I adopted one two years ago! His name is Walter, he’s a tabby and the sweetest boy alive, and I love taking care of him, even if he shreds my arms sometimes. Pets need love and patience, and that’s exactly what I have for them. :) I’m currently out of college classes for the summer, so my schedule is very flexible! I can work with any requests you send me, so long as we have ample time to discuss everything you’re looking for. I can easily adapt to your pet’s regular schedule, including mealtimes, bedtime, medication, if they need to be crated, playtimes, etc. The comfort and happiness of your pet is my first focus.

About: I've taken care of dogs and have had dogs since I was a child. I got both of my dogs when they were puppies and have successfully trained both of them. We love to go on daily walks. I am currently in nursing school and thought caring for dogs would be a good way to make some cash in my limited free time.
